For the first time, the Reform UK Party has surpassed the oldest political party in membership numbers, becoming the second largest party in the UK. Reform UK now has more members than the 131,680 Conservative base.
Thank you to everyone who has joined Reform UK and helped us make history today. 🇬🇧
— Nigel Farage MP (@Nigel_Farage) December 26, 2024
Reform UK had merely 40,000 members in June, when Farage returned as its leader.
The Conservative Party has also seen “a number of significant Conservative defections to its ranks.” That’s because the Conservatives went too far left under the misguided idea that it would gain support from more centrist liberals. The left has become so radical and woke that many Western voters are finally waking up to the fact that Western countries are losing their freedoms, its collective common sense, and the rule of law.
There’s still a long way to go in Britain. Labour membership was at 366,604 in March 2024; since then, however, its leader Keir Starmer has become “more unpopular after five months than any other PM in over 40 years.”
“Reform membership overtakes Conservative Party membership for first time,” by Millie Cooke, Independent, December 26, 2024:
Membership of Reform UK has surpassed that of the Conservatives, Nigel Farage’s party has claimed, making it the second-largest political party in the UK.
A digital counter on the Reform website showed a membership tally before lunchtime on Boxing Day ticking past the 131,680 figure declared by the Conservative Party during its leadership election earlier this year.
Mr Farage said it was a “historic moment”, as he posted on X: “The youngest political party in British politics has just overtaken the oldest political party in the world.
“Reform UK are now the real opposition.”…

Will not surprise me if Reform gets elected and not one thing changes.Maybe things will get worse, more boats, more terrorism and many more rapes!

I’m thinking of all the options the traitors have at their disposal to remove Reform UK or its principle members from the equation. There will certainly be something.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
I don’t see the point of the Tories any more. Their more Right leaning members should switch to Reform, and their more Centrist members should join the Social Liberal Party
That said, I’m no fan of Reform, given that Farage is absolutely opposed to “islamophobia”, although maybe not to the extent of Tories or Labour. He has solutions to the immigration issue – those muslims who have come in over the last several years, but nothing about homegrown jihadists who’ve been islamized, thanks to every government’s policy of treating islam w/ kid gloves and pretending that it is a benign religion like Christianity or Judaism. I can see the bleeding stop once UK’s borders are closed, it exits the EHRC and starts deporting all “migrants”, but I don’t see it get better via a vis these homegrown jihadists
I therefore hope that like Reform, Paul Golding’s Britain First shoots up on top. If I were a Brit, that is the party I’d vote for
James Lincoln says
Infidel,
Interestingly, Wikipedia describes Paul Golding’s Britain First as “far right”.
Shows how politically biased Wikipedia is…

To elect a centrist/ right government there will need to be a pact between Conservatives & Reform for 2029.
Labour, Liberals & Greens have a similar agenda, with tactical voting that is what led to massive Labour majority with only 33.8% Labour vote share.
To achieve a Reform govt there will need to be a massive shift – could this happen possibly, local and county elections could provide evidence but local lections are not a general election.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
Absolutely not! If there is such a pact, the Tories will dilute the already half-cucked response of Reform to immigration, particularly on issues like “islamophobia”. The Tories need to be totally destroyed, and all their members should, depending on their proclivities, switch to either Reform or Lib Dems
As Mark Steyn pointed out some years ago, the Tories looked like having a future similar to that of the Canadian Conservative Party, which ended up 4th in an election
Eddie says
I voted Reform in the July election.
However since them they have
1.Appointed a Muslim party chairman. He gave a laugh he financial donation and appeared on the scene out of the blue.
2. In an interview with Steven Edington Farage openly stated he was “not concerned “about demographic replacement.
3. Same interview he stated he was not in favour of mass deportations.
4. In another interview Farage stated that the UK must not politically isolate Islam. If we did “we would lose” . That their Muslim rate of reproduction would endure this.
5. Farage sacked Ben Habib as Reform party chairman and replaced him with Muhammad Yusuf. Ben Habib is a man of intelligence and integrity who is universally respected. Most of all he is not a blatant liar – so probably would make a poor UK politician.
So these five things are enough for me never to be able to stomach voting Reform again.
Farage is an egotist plastic Tory .
Supporters claim he is playing a canny long game.
Any fool in the UK knows that time is a luxury we do not have to squander. We need a straight talking tough leader who will call out the insidious take over of our country by Islam and stop the indigenous people being overwhelmed by third world invaders.
For “shattered staggering dhimmi Britain” we stand on a on a knife edge and as it stands the Reform Party are not the answer to help us survive.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
Thank you! You summed up the issues w/ Farage and Reform a lot better than I could
A couple of years ago, I’d have advocated Anne-Marie Waters’ “For Britain” party. But since it’s now defunct, I’d endorse Paul Golding’s “Britain First” instead
P.S. Reform supporters who claim that Farage is playing a canny long game remind me of Indian BJP supporters who claim that Modi is a genius whose every anti-Hindu move is a masterstroke to either expose the opposition, or lure them where it wants them. Total party sycophants
Eddie says
Damn predictive text.
” Gave a large financial donation” not a laugh.
“The Muslim rate of reproduction would endure this” not endure this.

Conservatives claiming the Reform UK membership figures are fake.
While fooling everyone into believing that Kemi Badanoch is genuinely English.
When actually born here in 1980 through a well used scam.

Has Badenoch ever opposed the open borders policies of Cameron, May, Johnson, Truss or Sunak? At least Suella Braverman did, even if both her stints at the Home Office were ineffective
Eddie says
Well said.
Badenoch is happy with the ECHR and mass immigration.
She is pure African.
Is she bothered about the continued survival of ethnic Brits? No. Why should she be? It has no relevance to her.
Her home country of Nigeria will still be ethnically Nigerian in fifty years time but the true British will have be overrun in their native homeland long before that.
” But Britain is a multicultural society” Yes? And who said it had to be? Who agreed to that? Not the ordinary working class and generations of us have protested and complained at the change.
And who bloody cares?
And don’t call me a white supremacist! All my people have been peasants who owned nothing and lie in unmarked graves.
Slavery reparations?
Go ask someone else.
Commonwealth citizens?
Nothing in common and no wealth and a one way road straight into Britain.
We would have been better off without any of you.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
It’s probably time to disband the Commonwealth. People of those countries have some residual resentment at the Brits for that, while in Britain, there is an understandable resentment at today’s Brits having to pay for the sins of the empire. So best thing to do is wind it up, and let every country figure out how to become a country that people want to stay in, and not leave

UK: Reform party becomes second largest, overtakes Conservatives for the first time ever
……………………………………
Finally, some potentially hopeful news out of Britain!
Eddie says
Hopeful news ? I wish it was.
Reform are now being shattered by an internal war because Farage has thrown out the only Reform MP who is standing up and speaking against mass immigration and seeking mass deportations.
That MP is Rupert Lowe , a man new to politics who has yet to realise that telling the truth is not what politicians do.
He even donates his entire salary to charities in his constituency as he is not in Parliament to make money but to do the right things his country needs. A novel idea.
Reform is not a right wing party but centrist, and moving left, and in these time a harder right wing stance is needed to restore some sensible balance.
The Reform Party is also actually a limited company majority owned by Farage and Muhammad “Zia” Yusuf.
Many fear an Islamic influence in what this Party actually stands for. Certainly there has been a lessening in its calls to stop immigration, and capitulation that if we oppose Islam “we will lose”. Farage’s own words
The leader of a rival Right wing Party “Britain First”, has ong claimed that Reform is controlled opposition. That it’s function is to channel off the angry Patriotic right wing vote into a dead end and not threaten the Uni Party – Labour Tory status quo.
Once growing and becoming successful the Party will be destroyed from within.
This seems to be exactly what is now happening.
Conspiracy theory?
But no one listens to Britain First.
After all everyone knows they are Nazis.
Or are they ?
I apologise for my long winded remarks on this topic but I don’t want the idea spreading abroad that the Reform Party is manna from Heaven for Britain or that Farage is the new Messiah.
He may think he is, but even Jesus never had to cope with Islam.
