George Mason University seems to have become a hotbed of jihad activity. Two sisters who head up Students for Justice in Palestine there were recently discovered to have firearms and material calling for death to America and death to Jews. And now this.
Could it have something to do with what is being taught there? Of course it does.
George Mason University received over $63 million from Saudi Arabia between 2011 and 2018.
Note how the New York Post leaves out of its report the material about how Abdullah Ezzeldin Taha Mohamed Hassan spoke about fighting against “Islam’s enemies” and about executing the “wrath of Allah.” Once again we see a jihadi speak about his desire to commit violence in exclusively Islamic terms, while the establishment media looks the other way.

An 18-year-old freshman at George Mason University in Virginia was arrested Tuesday for allegedly plotting a mass casualty attack on Israel’s general consulate in New York City, which he described as “a goldmine of targets,” according to a report.
Abdullah Ezzeldin Taha Mohamed Hassan, an Egyptian national, was charged with one count of demonstrating how to manufacture an explosive with intent to murder internationally protected persons after allegedly instructing an undercover FBI agent in November to target the consulate with explosives, the Washington Post reported Thursday.
“Two options: lay havoc on them with an assault rifle or detonate a TATP [suicide] vest in the midst of them,” Hassan allegedly told the agent posing as a terrorist sympathizer on Nov. 27, prosecutors alleged in court documents obtained by the outlet.
Hassan, who had been facing deportation proceedings, was arrested by the FBI in Falls Church and subsequently banned from campus, according to the report.
The first-year college student has an extensive digital paper trail with social media accounts praising the Islamic State and Osama bin Laden and spreading terrorist and antisemitic propaganda, the FBI charging documents state.
He had been interviewed by the FBI previously in 2022 over his online ramblings spreading Islamic State messaging across the web but was not charged, according to the Washington Post.
The information technology major was skilled at concealing his online activity and at accessing the dark web for things like step-by-step video instructions on how to make a bomb with the greatest kill rate in a crowd, according to the FBI.
Hassan allegedly sent the undercover agent an Islamic State propaganda video in mid-November calling for the death of Jewish people, the newspaper reported.
The agent then agreed to follow Hassan’s orders to commit a mass slaughter.
Over multiple days of back-and-forth, the teen suggested several weapons — including assault rifles, a suicide vest or a homemade acetone-peroxide bomb in a backpack — to use in the attack and sent Islamic State-stamped bomb-building instructional videos, according to the charging documents.
The college student eventually landed on Israel’s general consulate in Manhattan as the target, authorities said.
Hassan allegedly told the FBI informant the Big Apple would provide “a goldmine of targets” — those targets being Jewish people, whom he referred to in Arabic as “Yahud,” according to the FBI documents.
He meticulously plotted the mass casualty attack, suggesting the exact size of ball bearings to be used as shrapnel for a bomb and the exact flights the undercover agent should book to flee the US for Borno, Africa, the documents state….

The FBI arrested Virginia resident Abdullah Ezzeldin Taha Mohamed Hassan on suspicion of planning an attack against the Israeli Consulate General in New York. According to the charges listed in the indictment, Hassan was exposed after providing a covert agent with detailed instructions on building and planting a bomb.
The 14-page indictment which has been under seal outlines a network of well-planned actions, including detailed instructions for constructing explosive devices, purchasing weapons and tips for fleeing the U.S. after the attack.
The investigation began in May when Fairfax County Police in Virginia received an anonymous tip about an X account promoting terrorism and supporting the Islamic State terror group (ISIS). The account, managed by Hassan, included posts praising terrorists and advocating violence against Jews and Americans.
One post described Osama bin Laden as an “idol,” declaring that “the struggle against Islam’s enemies will continue forever.”
The FBI recruited an undercover informant who approached Hassan via X. Posing as someone sharing his extremist beliefs, the informant engaged Hassan in months of conversations during which Hassan revealed his intentions and actions.
In November, Hassan sent the informant the address of the Israeli Consulate General in New York, suggesting it as a target for an attack, calling it a “symbol of world Jewry.” Hassan also provided a text for a “martyrdom video” he planned to record before the attack, which included threats to Western countries and a declaration of the “Wrath of Allah.”…

In May, local police got a tip of an ISIS supporting account on Twitter. A review of his posts revealed past support of ISIS and other extremist beliefs. An FBI informant responded to one of Hassan’s tweets and began a conversation about their purported shared interests.
In November, charging documents say Hasan sent the informant the location of the Israeli consulate in New York. Court records say Hassan provided the FBI informant with tips on how to create a martyrdom video, encouraging him to say, “Your governments have been complicit in and utterly responsible for the deaths of millions of men women and children across al-Sham, Iraq, and our beloved Al Quds. Now has come for revenge. As you weaponize yourselves with your tanks and missiles and jets, we weaponize ourselves with the Wrath of Allah AZWJL upon you. However, you may try to find and kill us, Allah AZWJL will replace our fallen with more muwahidden, bent on eradicating the corruption that you have brought forth…”
