In a letter to President Biden, the eight Senate Democrats urged him to “promptly designate the Palestinian Territories for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and protect Palestinians present in the United States from deportation”.
The Senate Dem letter makes no mention of Hamas but falsely claims that “Israeli bombing and extensive ground operations in Gaza have left over 43,000 Palestinians dead.”
And then, since they also want to make Muslims from Judea and Samaria also undeportable, they even more laughably claim that, “The stability of the West Bank has also worsened since October 7, 2023, as violent settlers have increasingly destroyed homes, stolen livestock, demolished olive orchards, and wounded and killed hundreds of Palestinian civilians, including children.”
This is a claim with zero basis in reality.
Arab Muslim settlers have been attacking Jewish farmers for decades. There have been some confrontations, but the claim that hundreds have been wounded and ‘killed’ is nonsense. And these clashes are confined to particular areas.
The truth is that 8 Senate Dems want to make a large dangerous population ‘undeportable’.
Any Arab Muslims from Israel who have legitimate grounds for being here and are not engaged in any crimes are not going to be deported anyway.
Temporary Protected Status should not exist and once it’s imposed, as was done for Haitians and other groups, it becomes a permanent free pass for illegal aliens and assorted criminals.

this move by the people elected to protect citizens from lawless persons is despicable. Making laws which protect criminals….and illegal trespass is a crime, supporting terror is a crime, aiding and abetting criminals are crimes….is a crime against all citizens of this nation.
(other presidents in the past, also did the same thing in deporting large numbers of people who should not have been here.)

I doubt the Senators really want Palestinians to terrorize America. What they want is to show off their own credentials as left-liberal, indigenous-rights-championing, sympathizing-with-the-underdog, types. They take a high school student’s view of the entire impasse between Israel and the Palestinians (i.e. that the latter are differently-tinted third world natives who are righteously fighting to reclaim the rights that were taken from them by big bad white colonizers with guns) and they are eager to be, and to show that they be, on the right side of the conflict by acting to grant Palestinians whatever “rights” can be pulled out of a hat for them. It’s a pretty sad performance, and another reason why it would be a very good thing if the Israelis could reach their war goals as quickly as possible, so that things like real information about the nature and toll of the war Hamas started can be assessed, and reported on.

Then do precisely the things that the outgoing administration agreed to – like revoking the permit to allow government employees to work remotely for 5 years, et al. As well as deport all Palestinian jihadists in the US

When Humaz Useless was First Minister of Scotland under the SNP he wanted to bring half a million people from Gaza into Scotland, a country with a population of five and half million, and so it does not take a Math expert to see the population in 19-25 years being way less Celts.
He is a muslim and the parents of his wife were born in Gaza and in fact were in Gaza visiting last Oct 7th and he claimed they were stuck there and couldn’t get out even though the Border with Egypt was open.
