Many people, including mainstream counterterror analysts, assume that the Islamic State (ISIS) is a spent force, a relic of the second decade of the twenty-first century that is long past its heyday and survives only as a dim reminder of past glories. Unfortunately, that is not remotely the case. Not only is the Islamic State still alive, but it’s also quite active in Africa and Central Asia, as well as resurgent in its old stomping grounds in Iraq and Syria, the former site of its short-lived caliphate. In fact, ISIS is so confident in these waning days of 2024 that it has just published a lengthy appeal to Muslims worldwide about why they should drop everything and join up. ISIS’ recruitment drive is revealing, not only because it shows that the group is confident and growing, but because of how it makes its appeal to the believers.

Every Muslim organization is a Terrorist Criminal Enterprise, and the Mosques along with Muslim parents are indoctrinating the people every day. Allah declares that being a Non-Muslim, a criminal under Islamic Law, is a seditious act against Islam because Qur’an 8:39 says, “And engage in war with them[Non-Muslims] until there will not be sedition and the religion will be completely to Allah…” Also, demoniacal Allah in Quran 9:29 says, “Engage in war with those who do not believe in Allah nor in the last day. Nor forbid what Allah and his messenger forbid[via Islam’s Law, Sharia], nor believe in the religion of the truth[Islam] among those who have been given the book[Christians and J * w s] until they pay the jizyah[extortion payment] out of hand and they are subdued[disgraced].”

I think that all countries that have wannabe ISIS recruits should just facilitate their one-way travel to Turkey, whence they can go to Syria. I’m not sure where in Syria ISIS is now based, since Raqqa fell to the Kurds years ago: maybe Turkey can sort that out. But yeah, send them to Ankara, then let them be united w/ their ISIS regiment and undergo training, and prepared for jihad. Once – or even while they are training, US and Russian bombers can take them out (hopefully once Russia has settled w/ Ukraine) and other jihadist groups, be it the Taliban or HTS, will see how great an idea it is
