I do think that Israel owns the airspace over Syria, having destroyed their entire military, and Lebanon itself doesn’t have much of an air defense either. If Iran tries to fly over Syria, while the HTS can do nothing but simply say no, they can give Israel the go ahead to shoot down anything in Syrian air space
Lebanon’s only neighbors are Israel and Syria: it’s not even like Iranian aircraft can use Iraq & Jordan to get there. If they wanna bypass all that, go across Iraq & Jordan, they’ll have to go through Saudi Arabia and Egypt and then the Mediterranean. I doubt either Riyadh or Cairo will allow them, and even if they do, they can’t make it across the Mediterranean w/o being intercepted by Israel

Israel has already turned back Iranian planes that attempted to supply Hizb’Allah. If you are flying an Iranian passenger plane, and an Israeli F-16 crosses your path with full afterburner signaling you to turn around and go home, you tend to comply. Both the Israeli air traffic control and the military radar are monitoring the skies for aircraft originating from Iran and Iraq.
