Court Orders Victims at California Women’s Prison to Refer to Male Attacker as ‘She’

Yes, Trump won the election. Yes, the great societal pendulum is swinging back toward sanity. But the left hasn’t stopped pushing insanity on the larger society, as a recent case on the Left Coast indicates.

Tremaine “Tremayne” Deon Carroll is 52 years old. He is facing two charges of rape. That might give you the idea that we are talking about a male, but Carroll is accused of committing these crimes while doing time in Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla. He was being held there in the first place because he has successfully convinced authorities that he is a woman, despite his mustache and close-cropped goatee. And now, adding an absurd insult to an absurd injury, a judge has ordered Carroll’s victims to refer to him as “she” while they are testifying against him.

    • Somehow, race, which actually is non-binary, since there are several races and mixed races & hues of any mixed race, is not something people are allowed to claim. Even though they’re allowed to make more ridiculous claims about belonging to the other sex

  6. I don’t believe that order is Constitutional. The so-called “judge” is taking away the victim’s Freedom of Speech.
    When a witness is on the stand, he is required by Law to tell the Truth and nothing but.
    This scum is not a ‘she”….never was and never will be. To refer to him as she is not being Truthful.

    And the victim is allowed to recount the crime in **her own words** Unless she is repeating what the rapist said to her, at a time she will be asked to say exactly what the rapist said, she is allowed to say what happened as she recalls it.

    The victims are prisoners at the prison. If they refuse the “judge’s” (and he needs to be taken off the bench) orders, what’s he going to do? Send them to jail for contempt?

    I would refuse because calling this scummy goon “she” is a lie.

    • If the victims are too afraid of the judge to call the scum he, then they should call him by name instead of saying any pronoun.

  8. Possible womens revenge: she-male with junk commits rape in a womens prison, becomes a eunuch while serving & suddenly regrets stating he’s a woman in a man’s body. Always a price to pay for actions, Murphy’s law.

    How many stupid men state they are women so they can be sent to women’s prison just to rape inmates.
    Put them in separate area along with other she-males with junk, see what happens. Segregation is the key on this one.

    • Yes, “segregation” males in prisons for only males and only real women in prisons for women, no matter what the **criminals** claim.
      They are **criminals** after all, and prisons are full of liars who say, “I didn’t do it; I’m innocent.”
      The prisons can further “segregate” them and put all of the males claiming to be female together in one unit or wing.

  11. The stark raving mad , as in the judge, truly are in charge of the asylum these days. I think the average person keeps wondering, how and when did a segment of society go so mad. What an insult to women to call that man a woman and to say that we can’t define what a woman is and that it is a contentious issue saying who is a woman as some halfwit of a doctor said a while back here in Australia.

I’m really hoping that the women in the prison that this thing that was extracted from the bum of a blowfly will end up in, actually gang up on him and exterminate it. It’s a pity that there isn’t some type of test before parasites like this are born to see how they will turn out, that way they could make the mother sit over the toilet and birth it then flush it

  16. The Bible verse from Romans, “ God gave them over to reprobate mind” comes to mind when I think of the evil people who are in charge and making decisions that seem so contradictory to common sense.

    This story is a good example of the insanity or “ reprobate mind” that seems the norm in this wicked works today.

  20. Interestingly, as far as I can tell, it never works the other way around.

    I’ve never heard of a trans (pretend) male wanting to enter a male prison.
