When Trump comes into office, hopefully his administration will help the Syrian Christians move to safer locations in, say, Lebanon and Israel if possible, and also (legally) move to the United States to seek asylum there.

The answer is, nowhere. The word “jizyah” is not even found anywhere in those scriptures.
If you then assert that the Bible has been “corrupted,” then that directly conttadicts the Quran, which claims that God’s Word cannot be corrupted. Remember, according to the Quran, God’s Word includes the Christian and Hebrew scriptures, and not only the Quran and the Hadiths.
The jizyah violates the 8th commandment of the ten commandments, namely “You shall not steal.” It also goes against the Two Chief Commandments, which are central in both Judaism and Christianity.
