He highlighted how, in times of tribulation, good and evil can be misrepresented, with genocide portrayed as “good” while Jihad is characterized as “terrorism.” Imam Allan emphasized the necessity of having a burning desire for Jihad in one’s heart and being willing to sacrifice for the sake of Allah. Even in non-Islamic countries, where armed struggle is not be applicable according to Islamic law, he urged Muslims to continue the struggle by spreading Islam. He also stated that anyone who dies without having fought for Allah’s cause, or at least having the intention to do so, risks dying in “one of the valleys of hypocrisy.” Finally, he reminded the congregation of Allah’s promise that Islam will ultimately spread to every corner of the Earth and prevail.

First of all I voted for Reagan in1980 (Reagan was the first time i was eligible to vote) but I was not at all happy that Reagan chose Bush I as VP. I voted for Bush II in 2000 primarily because voting for Gore was not an option. That vote was for the the candidate I disliked the least. Second of all I dont consider most politicians to be Americans in the traditional sense. Third of all I dont take advise from people I dont respect. I sometimes dont take advise from people I do respect.
Washington DC and many State political leaders do not represent the majority of the American people. They are a check on the American people. If those places we nuked and the people were set free to do what needed to be done I know we would not be hearing, lets all get along from them. No, if muslims began waging a jihad in the USA among us it would piss off the general population more than the attack on Pearl Harbor did. And we all know how the response to that went and how it ended. We wouldn’t have to nuke ourselves but we could cut off all services, electric, gas, water, food, to the areas that we know would be the usual suspects. Big democrat cities. Anything outside of those places would be conducted like Afghanistan but this time, here in the USA, it would be a success.
I didn’t have a problem with Afghanistan as much of the training and plotting went om there but I thought it was mostly over for us after under a year. I never wanted regular troops stationed there. Periodic Special ops and Air attacks would have been enough after the initial one year phase. After all we found Bin Laden sort of hiding out in Pakistan that is considered one of DC’s allies. Iraq was a surprise to me but even though I thought it was a unnecessary misadventure I still supported our troops engaged there. I dont see much change in the Iraq area of the world except for the rise of ISIS ad to be honest as bad as Saddam was women and minorities were better off because Saddam kept the crazies in check for the most part.
The fact is the non-muslim world is in a war with muslims and muslims are every where. Sadly and to our detriment some non-mulslim places and countries dont quite understand that yet.
To me 9-11 is in the past and led to the wrong approach in this war we are in. It is nearly 2025 and after all that has occurred all over the world since 9-11 I am in a whole new frame of mind regarding the serious danger we face and what we must do about it. You can stay stuck around 9-11 but I’m moving forward.

You are right on target however, not all terrorists are muslims but all muslims are terrorists. There are about 1.8 billion Muslims around the world. What if only 5 percent were the active violent jihadists? What would that number be?
