The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for war crimes against Netanyahu, former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, and Mohammed Deif of Hamas. Since Israel has already announced that it has killed Deif, the warrant is only against Netanyahu and Gallant, with Hamas exonerated. The ICC has singled out the world’s lone Jewish state, a democratic nation that is defending itself from obliteration by Hamas terrorists who target Israeli civilians and use their own people as human shields.

No war is more just than the war Israel has been waging in Gaza since October 7th 2023, when the Hamas terrorist organization launched a murderous assault and perpetrated the largest massacre against the Jewish People since the Holocaust.
The decision to issue an arrest warrant against the Prime Minister was made by a corrupt chief prosecutor who is trying to save himself from sexual harassment accusations and biased judges who are motivated by antisemitic hatred of Israel.
The ICC prosecutor lied when he told American senators that he would take no action until he had visited Israel and heard its side.
Instead, he cancelled his arrival in Israel last May, several days after suspicions of sexual harassment were made against him, and announced his intention to issue arrest warrants against the Prime Minister and former Defense Minister.
No anti-Israel decision will prevent the State of Israel from defending its citizens.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will not give in to pressure. He will continue to pursue all the objectives that Israel set out to achieve in its just war against Hamas and the Iranian axis of terror.

The international criminal court has issued arrest warrants for the Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, the country’s former defence minister Yoav Gallant and the Hamas military leader Mohammed Deif for alleged war crimes relating to the Gaza war.
It is the first time that leaders of a democracy and western-aligned state have been charged by the court, in the most momentous decision of its 22-year history.
Netanyahu and Gallant are at risk of arrest if they travel to any of the 124 countries that signed the Rome statute establishing the court. Israel claims to have killed Deif in an airstrike in July, but the court’s pre-trial chamber said it would “continue to gather information” to confirm his death.
The chamber ruled there were reasonable grounds to believe Netanyahu and Gallant bore criminal responsibility as co-perpetrators for “the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare; and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts”….

IF Israel has a provision in its law similar to US law, particularly 18 United States Code Sections 1503, 1503, and 1512, Obstruction of Justice, Israeli arrest warrants should be issued against the ICC prosecutors, judges and others who are aiding Hamas. Sections 1503 and 1505 before the adoption of the Victims and Witnesses Protection Act of 1982 prohibited “any corrupt endeavor to harass, oppress or intimidate” a US federal victim, witness or party in a judicial or administrative proceeding. Section 1512 expanded coverage to all federal proceedings but changed the language of 1503 and 1505.
In spite of the change, the crime remains enforceable according to the cases United States v. Wesley and United States v. Brand. Under 18 USC Section 2, anyone who aids, abets, counsels or acts in furtherance of the US federal felony is equally guilty. the ICC is doing exactly that by supporting Hamas and Hezbollah in their war crimes against Israel, which are also US federal felonies.
It would be interesting to see what happens if an Israeli warrant were issued. Givin the skill of Isreal in carrying out its will anywhere, it would be delightful to see the ICC on trial in Israel as accomplices to the war crimes of Hamas and Hezbollah.

Israel should issue arrest warrants against the IXX for aiding Hamas and Hezbollah in the commission of war crimes. See 18 USC 1503, 1505 and 1512. United States v. Smith (1956). United States v. Wesley. United States v. Brand. See 18 USC 2. International war crimes are also US federal felonies. The US could indict and prosecute the ICC.

The charge of ‘war crimes” against Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant by the International Criminal Court is absurd libelous slanderous and false. For it’s those jihadists of Hamas who committed action of attempted genocide against the Jewish people.
For it was Hamas that stated that current war in the Middle East by murderously invading Israel, on October 7,th , and now has its jihadists hide their terror and weapon centers among civilians ,including children in Gaza and then have the gall to blame the Israel Defense Force when civilians are killed.
For it was Hamas using its jihadists stooges then attempted to commit genocide against the Jewish people and the jihadists of Hamas even went further in heinous evil by kidnapping many Israel’s and raping many Jewish females .
Those Hamas jihadists are so cruel and vicious that they even took Jewish infants and burned them to death while they were still alive.
In spite of all those facts, some despicable people want to have acquittal for Hamas from all is wicked jihad terrorism and release its jihadists from the monstrous Islamic evil that they have so vicious committed and are very guilty of, and yet condemn Israel for striking back and Hamas in self- defense. This is absurd and wrong. Very absurd and wrong.
To add to this libelous and slanderous of false charges of genocide are made against Israel about it heads of government and the IDF.

Mr. Netanyahu should have his Justice department issue arrest warrants for all who are involved in issuing the warrants for him and Gallant. For crimes against humanity and aiding and abetting terrorists.
Issue warrants for all involved with the UN orgs in Gaza and Lebanon who have been waging terror against Israel.
Do what the US. law provides when only DNA is known….issue arrest warrants for the members of hamas and hezbollah and the terror group directly related to iran. the irgc or whatever it is. even if names are not known at this time.
where the DNA or name would be, just write in the name of the terror group.
