The media is doing what it always does.
While most elected officials condemned the sustained Muslim street violence campaign against Jews (and anyone they thought was Jewish or at least non-Muslim in a given part of Amsterdam), the media quickly rushed into cover-up mode, describing it as ‘soccer hooliganism’ and a ‘clash’ involving ‘fans of an Israeli soccer team’ triggered by the burning of a PLO flag.
1. Soccer or ‘football’ was not the issue. It just created Jewish targets. This was a friendly match with a local soccer team that has a lot of Jewish fans. The Muslim mobs attacking Jews were not supporting the other team.
2. It was a systemic planned attack that predated any events of that night. The perpetrators described it as a hunt for Jews.
Nor is it a new phenomenon. Here’s a clip of a call for hunting Jews by a Muslim mob in the UK 2021.
So no, this isn’t about Gaza or anything after Oct 7. It’s about Islam and the media’s willingness to cover up anything involving Islam. Especially when the targets are Jewish or Christian.
The same media that spent months covering up a Muslim terror stabbing of young girls in the UK while criminalizing anyone who spoke out against it is back in action, doing what it always does.

Just appalling–I have heard these claims myself. But in reality Muslim mobs were targeting Jews, and there were no Jewish attacks on Muslims or other Gentiles.
Even the supposed “soccer hooliganism” if it existed, would not have been an excuse for these mob attacks, Muslim claims are that Jews “tore down Palestinain flags” somewhere, and that they yelled “Israel!” at the game.

This very evening there were moslims rioting in Amsterdam … shouting antisemitic and pro palestinian/slurs, and burning down a trolley/tram beating up an unlucky random guy on a bicycle, throwing stones and fireworkbombs at police officers, throwing stones at a passing bus… Arrests have been made…that’s all for now..

The intifada has always been in Europe it was mostly reported as and hidden by routine crime.
Hate crime laws exist only to suppress the majority as do all preferential laws.
It is time for the Dutch to treat Islam and it’s dhimmie politicians the same as they did the Nazi’s and their collaborators.
Just Imagine if all the Jews (including the diamond merchants) left Amsterdam how much would they lose in taxes and related income.

As long as there is no violence, the first amendment is supposed to protect peaceful assembly and freedom speech for all. We may not like their speech but suppress them and we suppress ourselves.

I think the muslim mobs got active simply b’cos since the soccer match was b/w a Dutch and an Israeli team, they gathered that there would be more Jews at the place, and therefore took it on themselves to go after them
The Dutch government needs to aggressively go after those mobs, even if it means running afoul of the EHRC

Unfortunately, the Amsterdam city council has joined in the lie, officially stating that the violence came from both sides. This is completely contrary to the reconstruction in the Dutch newspaper ‘De Telegraaf’, which quotes many police officers (with the emphasis on ‘officers’, so higher rank officers) stating that there was no provocation on the side of the Maccabi supporters. Will the council get away with this?
