How quickly the Jew-hatred that seemed to have been relegated to the dustbin of history has returned to the mainstream.

The director of a Jewish museum in Italy protested the presentation on Wednesday of a book celebrating the Oct. 7 Hamas massacres at a state-funded university.
“If we continue like this, Amsterdam is around the corner,” Davide Romano, the director of the Jewish Brigade Museum in Milan, wrote in a statement about the presentation of the book titled “La rivoluzione palestinese del 7 ottobre,” which translates as “The Palestinian Revolution of Oct. 7,” at the University of Milan, colloquially referred to as La Statale.
Romano was referencing the Nov. 7 assaults of Israelis by Muslims in the Dutch capital.
The university on Wednesday said it never authorized the book tour event, but did not say what it intends to do about it.
“The guerrillas of Gaza on hang gliders have become gusts of wind and cries that have subverted time, they have painted one of the most elevated of liberation images in the recent history of humanity. An immortal picture of joy that no Palestinian, no woman, no man enslaved by liberal totalitarianism, will ever remove from their recollection,” the book in question reads.
Romano said, “In a state university, you can praise Palestinian terrorism but not talk about Israel,” noting that the same school canceled a May 7 event that featured a debate about the Jewish state following pressure by anti-Israel activists….

I totally agree: you said that as well if not better than I can express my outrage. I know Italians do not agree w/ that barbaric Hamas massacre. I am of part Italian decent and do not keep up w/ Italian politics as I am an American: a PRO ISRAELI CHRISTIAN AMERICAN, I stand with Israel and America. Iran and its barbaric proxies should be stopped anyway possible.

During WW 2, concentration camps for Jews were set up in Italy, and many were transported from there to death camps in E Europe, with almost no public protest from the Vatican.

During World War II, Pope Pius XII is widely recognized as the pope who took significant actions to secretly save Jews by utilizing the Church’s network to provide shelter and aid, despite facing criticism for not publicly denouncing the Nazi regime more forcefully.
That does not of course mean that this university is doing the same.

There was a priest, I can’t recall his name but there was a movie made about him starring Gregory Peck, who had a network of people who helped those hunted by the nazis to escape.
Most were young men, many military who were trying to get back to their units.
Likely there were others we don’t know about.
Certainly different from those in charge of the “church” today.

Everything I read about Palestinians tell me there is no future for them in Israel. Maybe if Israel and the world treated their Nazism as the originators of Nazism were they would have learned to stop a Nazi campaign. Oct. 7th was a Nazi operation. A holocaust replete with placing Jewish infants inside ovens of the Jewish homes the terrorists took over. Now they want to proclaim the virtues of Oct. 7th. It is astonishing and proves they are Nazis through and through. Israel should begin to call them exactly that. “Nazi Terrorists” because that is exactly what they are.
The little history Palestinians do have comes with a real life Nazi, the Mufti of Jerusalem, Mohammed Amin al-Husseini who was a Palestinian Arab nationalist and Muslim leader in Mandatory Palestine. Al-Husseini was the scion of the al-Husayni family of Jerusalemite Arab nobles, who trace their origins to the Islamic Prophet Muhammad. Related to the Prophet Muhammad and close friend and collaborator with Hitler who raised a Muslim Bosnian SS army to carry out genocides on Serbs, Gypsies and Jews in Central Europe during WW II. Broadcast hate speeches from Nazi Germany into Palestine and Arab nations calling for the murder of Jews.
And this Nazi Mufti amazingly lectured top Nazis themselves that they cannot trade Jewish children bound for the ovens for captured German POWs as the Allies offered to do. The Jewish children must die he said and what could the Nazis answer? They were put to death and the German soldiers stayed as POWs.
This Nazism has been and still is the face of Palestinians. Their leadership is Nazis to the core. Forget about the masses of the Palestinian people. They follow the orders of their leaders and often with great enthusiasm. Enough!

History teaches us that war cannot be waged by half measures. How did the Allies defeat Germany in World War II? History has a tendency to repeat itself , as seen in the following examples.
First, there was that horrendously evil and murderous jihadist bombing at a music concert in the city of Manchester, England on May, 22, 2017 in which 22 people had been murdered and many more severely injured, most of the victims had been young girls and young women.
Then on October, there was those horrific murders by the jihadists of Hamas at a music festival in the State of Israel on October 7, 2023 in which 260 young people had been viciously murdered by those jihadists, who also committed many other many other Islamic atrocities.
Now just this year on March 22,th. on the outskirts of Moscow at another music concert there were more jihadists shootings and mass murders in which 137 people had killed by Muslim terrorists of ISIS in their jihad and at least 145 more people had been harmed.
