Hamas and Hizballah threaten the US as their supporters are increasingly open about their allegiances

In a warning of critical importance, MEMRI’s Steven Stalinsky says: “Public support for terrorist organizations would once have shocked Americans. Now it’s common.” That’s because stealth jihadists inched their way in, calling the Palestinian jihad a “resistance,” and the left fell for it, along with the “Islamophobia” subterfuge. Victimhood defines the left, and so jihadists skillfully portrayed themselves and their comrades as victims.

Also: “On social media and college campuses, kaffiyeh-clad protesters openly embrace Hamas and Hezbollah, both U.S.-designated foreign terrorist organizations.” The campus unrest was openly praised by Iran’s Supreme Leader, the Ayatollah Khamenei, who is currently the highest authority in Shia Islam.

Hamas and Hizballah, as proxies of Iran,  both aspire to global conquest, beginning with Israel, which they call the “Little Satan.” Bringing down America (which they call “Great Satan”) is also a primary ambition for them. They stood a better chance under the Biden administration.

Israel is fighting a war against the global jihad, the same enemy that confronts America and other Western countries.

On October 3, 2024, the Wall Street Journal published an op-ed by MEMRI Executive Director Steven Stalinsky titled “‘Hamas And Hezbollah Threaten The U.S.,” subtitled “American Supporters Are Increasingly Open About Their Allegiances.”[1] The following is the op-ed in full.

Public support for terrorist organizations would once have shocked Americans. Now it’s common. On social media and college campuses, kaffiyeh-clad protesters openly embrace Hamas and Hezbollah, both U.S.-designated foreign terrorist organizations.

Labor Day marchers in New York City waved the Hamas flag even as news broke that the group had executed Israeli and American hostages in Gaza. On Sept. 10, protesters outside the presidential debate in Philadelphia waved Hamas flags and held a banner stating: “Amerika is the head of the snake.” They chanted in support of Hamas’s military leader, Yahya Sinwar….

The scummy dross was reelected to Congress (along with her fellow snake, i elmi, alias omar) Instead of electing her to a public seat where she is paid with taxpayer money to represent ‘the People,’ she should be in prison for her open support for terrorists who want to murder American citizens.

    Openly supporting those who want to murder us is the same as *wanting to murder us.*

      • Shakeri, is the Iranian who was indicted in the assassination plot and was deported from the U.S. more than 15 years ago after serving 14 years for a robbery conviction. Two of the non Iranian potential assassins were American priosners that Shakeri met while imprisoned. So you do not want to imprison terrorists in American jails where they can become familiar with the American criminal world and meet potential assassins and terrorists who know the lay of the land here and could improve the chances of a successful assassination or terrorist operation. If you imprison them it must be in solitary and away from any and all US imprisoned criminals. Better you take him out for a one way boat ride and introduce him to the Atlantic Ocean.

  3. “…stealth jihadists inched their way in…” You cannot call the Squad composed of elected Congress members “stealth”. Tlaib and AOC are members of COngress and Tlaib is pro-Hamas. The organization called CAIR which was indicted as a co-conspirator together with Hamas is also not “stealth”. It is an open, rich and fully functioning organization that helps organize Hamas parades distributing thousands of Palestine flags ( which I am sure not one can tell the difference between it and the Jordanian flag). Columnists in major news papers write anti-Israel columns. The AP Associated Press has daily news articles about the war in Gaza and write from a pro-Hamas, pro-Palestinian perspective. They cite the Hamas Health Ministry for Gazans killed always highlighting the number of women and children. Amazingly they never mention any males killed. It would seem Israel only kills women and children. And if “gunfire” kills Palestinians even though it could have been Hamas gunfire that is never discussed. An Israeli perspective is never given in AP articles written by the same reporters daily. Those articles appear in the NY Times, Wall Street Journal and whatever local papers that subscribe to AP news. You have to go to Israeli newspapers to get a different perspective.

    Hezbollah was preparing for a sequel to Oct. 7th massacre, rape and baby be-headings by massing thousands of terrorists near the Lebanon border in a plan to storm the Galilee and unleash similar carnage there.

    The IDF briefed reporters on the new information captured in Israeli operations inside Lebanon. IDF Spokesperson Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari held a briefing in Hebrew and in English, presenting images and maps from the foiled mass invasion plan. You won’t read anything about that in an AP story. You need to go to Israeli sources. In fact, Hamas effectively copied the invasion plan of Hezbollah’s “elite” unit the Radwan unit and implemented it, through its Nukhba units (and its naval unit), on the southern border with the Gaza Strip. Hezbollah was planning that operation on Israel’s Lebanese border, an invasion of Israel complete with executions of civilians and military and the taking of hostages to be brought back into Lebanon. A replay of what we saw on Oct. 7 on the Israeli border with Gaza. This news is not covered by AP or any American News companies let alone the major electronic media. In that sense it is “stealth” meaning Americans are kept ignorant and in the blind about it

    Grimly true–they are no longer pretending, most of them, that the are concerned with the “poor Palestinians”, but are openly for the destructon of Israel and the outright murder of Jews. *Chilling*.

  6. This trend seems to be some months old. However, given that both these groups have lost their entire leaderships, and now, Qatar seems to be on the verge of asking its Hamas guests, like Mashal and Marzook to leave, I doubt that threats to the US are now at the top of their agenda

    • They are on the ropes in Lebanon. They are calling it quits in the Red Sea. They are getting tossed out of other muslim countries. They are becoming enraged in countries where the indigenous people are wondering what in the hell is going on here. So yeah, according to their big minds, lets go ahead and threaten heavily armed Americans. Americans who after 9-11 (and beyond) know they are out there and are expecting them. Arming for it and waiting patiently for it. Yep, sounds like a plan.

I just find it really really strange that young American girls on Campus are so in love with the thugs that raped defiled and even beheaded young girls that look exactly like themselves last Oct 7th at a Music Festival and yet these Hamas loving morons denigrate the IDF who are busy hunting down the thugs that raped defiled and beheaded young girls that look exactly like themselves… WTF has happened here.
    Common sense just aint common anymore.
