World Gay Group Bans Only Middle Eastern Country That Doesn’t Ban Gays

The Left never believes in the things it claims to believe in. That especially includes identity politics which it uses as a tool to undermine and take power, but which it has zero commitment to. If you doubt that, consider what unions, gay rights, and unions looked like in the USSR. Or Communist Cuba. Or in Gaza.

LGBTQ groups, like other identity politics organizations, don’t prioritize their group except as a means to an end, and the easy way to tell is to see how they respond to the treatment of their people in the leftist and Islamist dictatorships allied with the Left.

ILGAWorld, the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association, has gone ahead and banned the one country in the Middle East that doesn’t ban gays.

Ironically, Israel is about the only country in the Middle East to even have an ILGA member group to ban. The rest of the Arab Muslim world bans gay groups. It’s so bad that ILGA doesn’t even list the Middle East as a region and its regional countries are limited to Israel and Turkey.

Having banned Israel, it’s now limited to Turkey whose Islamist regime will get around to banning its LGBTQ groups sooner or later. Islamist police routinely arrest people at gay pride events.

But ILGA chose to side with Erdogan and Hamas over Israel.

Why? Because identity politics is a means to an end. And the end is destroying the West. Erdogan, Hamas and Islam are allies in that project no matter how high a building they may throw gay people off.

In a world where “Fags for Hamas” is a real thing, ILGAWorld just came out of the closet.

    Why are those idiots enraging muslims more than they are already enraged? The rest of us dont need that. I am guessing that the fag for hamas group is a Western creation which would lead to muslims randomly attacking Westerners as a result of fags for hamas. The chances of enraged muslims attacking a fags for hamas nutcase is minimal. It is the rest of us who would suffer the consequences of the delusional fags for hamas jackasses.

I agree they have a form of mental deficiency–“cognitive dissonance” entertaining two opposite beliefs at same time which is illogical and need psychological help.. How can they be promoting exactly what has, is and will be “robbing them of their human rights” for decades?! Insane indeed! They can’t think straight: )

      It’s like they’re saying “sunbathing causes cancer” and “I love sunbathing”. Except that their beliefs’ inconsistency is far more serious and “cancerous” for our societies-to promote Islamofascism in democratic countries which would “rob them of their rights” as soon as their society was Islamicized, unless they want to move and live in such Islamist “freedom”-loving regimes.

They also did that in Moscow, much to Putin’s bemusement, and the envoys to Tokyo and Delhi – Rahm Emmanuel and Eric Garcetti – have both put more pressure on their host governments for LGBTQIA2S+ “rights”, rather than focus on US relations w/ those countries

But let’s face it, there are such things as Darwin Awards and these peeps will earn the Ultimate Darwin Awards. It’s just a matter of time.       The best I can make of things is that these people live in a bubble in which only certain pieces of information are allowed into the bubble. Information on how Muslims are their enemies doesn’t make it.

      Well, any group that cannot figure out who its enemies are and who its friends are is not going to last.

  13. That international organization has become so uber-woke, they are blind to the realities of the Middle East. Since 2022, Amir Ohana has been the Speaker of Israel’s parliament. He is an openly-gay member of the Likud Party and is married with children.

    I guess the intersectionality of the world’s oppressed peoples does not include Jews or Israelis. I guess “Jewish Lives Don’t Matter”.

    • James, it’s kind of like “queers”–some gay people are “reclaiming” the word “fags”.

    • As I recall, James, they objected to being called fags. Personally, in my mind, they are perverts. And the proper term, homosexuals, fits.
      Call them anything but normal and healthy.

    In Turkey, Erdogan has jailed Pride demonstrators, has stripped his regime’s female citizens and has banished the EU’s Council to Combat Violence Against Women & Children–while jailing half its journalists and supporting with billions funding and Turkish Passports Hamas & Hezbeollah terrorists spreading their Islmofascist terror all over Europe and North America with their Turkish-imported Imams.

    In Ankara and Doha Hamas terrorists are free to plan their EU vacations and have amassed billions in “enterprises” while moving freely in narco-state Albania, the country with the next-to-Turkey worst Human Trafficking record!

    The Gays and Lesbians would not feel too comfortable in Erdogan’s Islamofascist Turkey nor in mini-Qatar which with 300,000 ‘citizens’ controls the EU with bribes and promotes jailing of “perverts” whom they hunt down at every opportunity.

    If the gays and lesbians waving their pro-Terrorist flags were to visit Turkey, then they are condoning every human right they fought for a century.
    Unless they like seeing 65-year-old Imams “marrying 6-year-old” girls and find the burqa “cool”.

Islamist Turkey’s “stellar” record on Women’s rights (read that, Feminists waving jihadist flags!) and on the Human Rights of Gays, Lesbians, et al, is reflected in Erdogan’s decision to withdraw from the EU’s Council Convention on Combatting Violence Against Women and Girls & Domestic Violence last year to make sure just how welcome these “progressive” “woke” pro-Hamas flag-wavers would be in Islam!

    Wonder if any Feminist association understands Sharia Law and how wonderful it would be for its femael population, including children, to be adopted by the U.S. or their EU legal system. Perhaps there would be “godfathers” and “godmothers” at a local Mosque?

    Cognitive dissonance is their only excuse for women protesting for “pro-Palestinian” statehood under the “Mother Teresas” of Hamas, while the only country that affords them these rights exist in Israel only!

    Hitler said in 1938: “Kemal AtaTurk was my greatest teacher”! Turkey is still “teaching” and “woke” sheep are following…
