While Saudi Arabia and other Muslim countries make a show before the world of pursuing a “two-state solution,” in reality, they already recognize “Palestine” as a state, hence 57 members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, instead of the accurate 56, and they do not intend to normalize relations with Israel. The jihad to destroy the Jewish state will continue.
The position of Saudi Arabia: “A genocide is happening with the goal of evicting the Palestinian people from their land, which Saudi Arabia rejects.” The position of Saudi Arabia on October 7, 2023 as the Hamas rampage occurred was to blame the “occupation“: “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is closely following the developments of the unprecedented situation between a number of Palestinian factions and the Israeli occupation forces, which has resulted in a high level of violence on several fronts there.”
A few weeks ago, Iran’s foreign minister Abbas Araghchi went to Riyadh, where Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan welcomed him to discuss “developments” in the region; namely “to prevent the shameless crimes of the Zionist regime in Lebanon, in continuation of the crimes in Gaza.”
A well-intentioned but misguided view is presented in the article below:
The Gaza war has revived talk of a “two-state solution” in which Israeli and Palestinian states would live in peace side by side, though analysts say the goal seems less attainable than ever.
The Palestinian Authority had been doling out cash rewards to the families of Palestinian “martyrs” who murder Jews in its pay-for-slay program, amid constant violent Palestinian uprisings through the decades — all in the name of a “resistance” “from the River to the Sea.” The Palestinian National Charter, as well as the Hamas Charter, calls for the obliteration of Israel, not peace. Until all Islamic countries and groups surrounding Israel come out openly and declare their acceptance of Israel as a Jewish state, there will be no foundation for peace. Does anyone wonder why they don’t, despite the fact that Israel accepts Muslim states?
The quest to obliterate Israel began on the day of its founding, resulting in the 1948 War of Independence, and the quest to kill Jews and prevent their establishment in their ancestral homeland began long before 1948. The Palestinian delusion of a two-state solution is intended as a show for a naive world that has not studied the history of the region. It was intended as a strategy to demonize Israel as an obstacle to peace, and to make jihadist violence appear as if it were Israel’s fault.

I think the problem is more substantive. We need to outlaw Jihadist teachings for what they are: calls to end all other religions, and the arrest of those who preach such things. In Germany and Japan, after WWII the teachings that brought those supremicist powers into being were eliminated and after 7 yrs the US left those lands to follow their own paths. We never discuss the issue of Jihad, and that is what needs to be eliminated. The Chinese being a tyranny of marx, have locked up some 2 millions of muslims in reeducation camps and rigorously enforce this to the extreme. While I don’t agree with their governance policies, they understand that those who Jihad, explode and threaten to explode their nation need to be arrested. We in the west need to simply understand that those mosques, religions that call for the end of our nations and the implimentation of Sharia and who support Jihad against us need to be expelled and thrown out.

Even naive liberal countries touting ‘freedom of Religion” will not allow beliefs that call for human sacrifice, cults of mass suicide, martyrs,or all kinds of crazy Government/religions and Islam happens to be one of those crazy Supremacist beliefs. When I was young, I noticed that kids in school would behave as their parents expected them to. If the parents thought their daughter was out running around…not a ‘good’ girl…and accused her, esp if it happened multiple times, the girl would rebel and begin to do as her parents had accused her. A good girl could go bad if she told her parents the Truth and they called her a liar often enough.
It’s a wonder that by now, Israel has not done the things of which the Jews have been accused regarding the mozlums in gaza.
The mozlums do not ‘own the Land.’ mozlums invaded and stole from the Jews. And the offspring of the offspring of the mozlums have been fighting ever since to take the Land again.
If Israel ”evicted” the mozlums, it would, at last, be a measure of Justice. Like a landlord evicting destructive and non-paying tenants.
Of course, that scenario isn’t likely. But, sometimes the unlikely does happen.

In the newspaper The Epoch Times April 3-6, 2024, A14 the reader in informed about “Civilian Casualties.” For it reads, “Israel risks the lives of its soldiers to prevent civilians deaths. Hamas risks the lives of civilians to prevent terrorist’s death. Israel considers it a failure, and Hamas considers it a globally advantageous when civilians die than its soldiers.”
The contrast between Israel and Hamas is vast and outstanding.

Walter, I agree with you and one might wonder if the missiles and mortar rounds fired into Israeli civilian areas of habitation is not an overt act genocide. After all the sole reason for these attacks has been the eradication of Jews from Israel.

As for that bogus claim of Israeli genocide in Gaza, the reality that the actual , real, intention of Hamas is the genocide of the Jewish people that’s the goal of Hamas and not of those in power in the State of Israel regarding the “Palestine” people.
About innocent those children who died in Gaza because the jihadists Hamas hiding among places with children. We may have to work with some Muslim countries (usually against other Muslim countries or Muslim terrorist organizations) but we should never trust any Muslim country. Never.
For anyone with proper sense and accurate knowledge, it should be crystal clear that Islam cannot inspire real trust because it is totalitarian and supremacist to the core. There is an additional reason: it’s really, really screwed up.

The people in Gaza have shuffled many times with old Philistines who were not even Semitic but pirates from the Aegean, Greeks,, Roman, Christians, Canaanite, Jews, (even a few synaguags) Egyptian, invading Arab. There is no Palestine of Gaza. None of these guys believe that but today want another State of Islam since Islam now dominates but for a few Christians left. The world does not need another State of Islam. Yet they are fighting for many takeovers all over the world at this time.
I would be extremely against these Gazans becoming a State of Islam….the Palestinian Muslims one step closer to taking Israel for the Identity Theft of the only true religion of Abraham. Not only do they want Israel but Abraham and therefore to become THE Religion of the World. Never underestimate their march to this end even if they say it takes another 1000 years.
