Europe has been here before. It would be interesting, however, to know the religion of the police officers who are suffering from these “moral dilemmas.” Might be those who think that of all people, the Jews are the most intense in hostility toward them, as the Qur’an says (5:82)?

Officers in the Dutch police force have been refusing to protect Jewish targets, two officers told Nieuw Israëlisch Weekblad earlier this week.
Marcel de Weerd and Michel Theeboom, representing the Jewish Police Network, expressed concerns over changes they were seeing in the force.
“There are colleagues who no longer want to protect Jewish targets or events. They talk about ‘moral dilemmas,’ and I see a tendency emerging to give in to that. That would truly mark the beginning of the end. I’m concerned about that,” Theeboom said.
Adding to Theeboom’s claims, De Weerd said, “We see that leadership is struggling with this. Especially now, with the conflict in the Middle East, we risk drifting away from what we should stand for as a collective. We need to keep discussing this with each other.”
De Weerd also claimed that many of the younger officers he had encountered were ignorant of the country’s history, including the police’s role in World War II.
The officers later spoke with De Telegraaf, where they said that some members of the police expressed they didn’t want to be deployed at the Dutch National Holocaust Museum in Amsterdam and refused food and drinks from the venue.
Mireille Beentjes, the police force’s spokeswoman, told De Telegraaf she had heard of officers making moral objections, admitting there were “no strict policies.”…
“It pains them when the Quran is burned, but at the same time, they still have to protect the people who do it,” Beentjes stressed….

There is no moral dilemma – this is simply sheer cowardice on behalf of the Dutch government. How are houses of worship political issues? In this case the Dutch government conflates a synagogue with the State of Israel. All the Dutch are saying is (to the Muslims and their sympathizers) “it’s open season on the Jews folks, be sure to bring enough rocks for everyone…and don’t forget the gasoline and matches.”

Religion should NEVER mix with politics.
This is what’s happening in so many Arab countries that have turned into SHI*Holes & the people are leaving to go to western countries.
BUT once they get here, they want to turn them into what they left behind in the first place.
And all the COWARDS who are NOT willing to Step Up & do the Right Thing.
Teach all those officers to Wake Up & be MEN or move on & get Therapy treatment for their instability of their triggered emotions.

Moral weakness is the teltale symptom of a failing society. It refuses recognition of anything that might question false beliefs about itself or highlight the direction of decline.
Wilders warned them and Rutte resisted the warning until he began to see, yet the lure of EU power was too much for preventative action. Now Rutte is captured by the forces that insist they, “can do it”, yet in the end can only lose peace, stability, and sovereignty.
When the general Dutch populace is shocked from their, “moral dilemmas” by events to come, they might understand that Israel was also fighting for future Dutch existence.

The takeover could arrive with increasing speed, given the way large sections of the population (especially the young) nolonger believe in their own country, or its culture. Which was once the greatest in the world.
