There are several things going on here, and several other possibilities at play as well. Many Muslim leaders are enraged with Biden-Harris for not abandoning Israel. These men may be among them, as the imam Belal Alzuhairi suggests when he says: “We are supporting Donald Trump because he promised to end war in the Middle East and Ukraine.” Trump has said that he will end the wars, and these Muslim leaders may be hoping that he will do so in a way that will enable Hamas and Hizballah to survive and not set back the jihad against Israel as far as it looks now as if he is going to be set back. This hope, however, requires ignoring Trump’s pro-Israel record, and the fact that he is much more pro-Israel than the pro-jihad Biden-Harris regime.
It is remotely possible that these imams are simply not doctrinaire and not interested in the jihad against Israel or the U.S. That’s possible, as Alzuhairi praises Trump’s commitment to a strong United States. It could also be that they believe Islam will flourish more in a strong America than in the chaotic one Biden-Harris have given us. Given the current cultural climate, neither candidate is even close to doing anything to restrict the growth of the influence of Sharia or the practice of Sharia provisions such as female genital mutilation and polygamy in the U.S. So Alzuhairi may have a point.
The Muslim leaders may also be looking at the possibility of a Trump victory, and hoping they can gain some influence over him that will induce him to ease up on his support for Israel.
These Muslim leaders are also angry at Biden-Harris for embracing every imaginable delusion and perversion (and some that were previously unimaginable). They like Trump’s “commitment to promoting family values and protected our children wellbeing, especially when it comes to curriculums and schools,” that is, they like that he won’t be forcing schools to showcase and celebrate deviance. Nor will he be likely to shovel money to LGBT groups, trans madness, and the like. This is another indication of the fraying of the leftist/Islamic alliance that we have noted many times here.
“Michigan Muslim Leaders Endorse Donald Trump: ‘He Promises Peace, Not War,’” by Elizabeth Weibel, Breitbart, October 26, 2024:
A group of Michigan’s Muslim leaders endorsed former President Donald Trump at his rally on Saturday, noting that Trump “promises peace, not war.”
During Trump’s Saturday rally in Novi, Michigan, several Muslim leaders, including Imam Belal Alzuhairi, declared that they support Trump because they believe Trump is the man who can end the wars and bring peace to the Middle East and Ukraine.
Alzuhairi added that they were also supporting Trump because of his “commitment to promoting family values,” adding that they “agree” with Trump about having a strong border.
“We as Muslims stand with President Trump because he promises peace,” Alzuhairi told the rally crowd. “He promises peace, not war. We are supporting Donald Trump because he promised to end war in the Middle East and Ukraine. The bloodshed has to stop all over the world, and I think this man can make that happen.”
“I personally believe that God has saved his life twice for a reason,” Alzuhairi added.”I believe personally that God has saved his life for a reason, which is to save the lives of others. We support Donald J. Trump for his commitment to promoting family values and protected our children wellbeing, especially when it comes to curriculums and schools. We as Muslims support this man because we believe that he will be a president for all Americans, embracing every race, color, and religion. We are with President Trump because we want a strong border, and we agree with President Trump that anyone who wants to come to this country is welcome, but he has to do that through legal pathway.”…
Trump has previously been endorsed by Hamtramck Mayor Ameer Ghalib, and he appeared at a press conference with him on October 18….

Normally, I support any support for Trump and the GOP. However, in this case, I think the muslims are dumb & haven’t thought this through, or are ignoring Trump’s record when it came to some of their pet causes, like “Palestine”, Pakistan, Iran & so on. Or maybe they think that people like Tucker Carlson might be able to influence foreign policy. I do think that it could happen in case of Ukraine, but is much more unlikely in case of Israel
On the ☪⚧ alliance, much as I loathe the ⚧ movement, I can’t stand the muslims either. I understand why the Trump campaign wants them, given how close Michigan would otherwise be, but that is one case where it’s an Alien vs Predator situation, and I’d like to see both sides lose
As for preventing the culture of shariah, that can only happen if muslim immigration to the US is checked. Last time, Trump did the travel ban: this time, when he re-institutes it, he needs to add a few more countries to it. Particularly Bangladesh, which has just been taken over by an Islamic regime, as well as others like Pakistan, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Qatar, Turkey, “Palestine”, …. On things like courts allowing FGM, those things have to be fought up to the Supreme Court to test for how constitutional or not they really are

Are there Sharia courts in MI? Our news media is so siloted and full of misinfo that it’s hard to understand how at risk our society is with regard to Islamist laws/values infiltrating.
I am not talking about secular Islam obviously which is not the threat.

Sadly, Jessica, there is no “secular Islam”. A few “secular Muslims”, but these are basically apostates.

He doesn’t need those turds.

It is enough for him if they simply abandon Kamala, and don’t bother voting, or vote for Cornel West. He doesn’t need them to switch votes from (D) to (R) in order to win

Who would have thought opening the border to conservative religious folk from the global south would be bad for progressive ideology?
࿗Infidel࿘ says
At the end of it all, when the Democrats see these new illegal voters actually voting for Republicans, or Trump, I wonder whether they’ll still be as fervently supportive of open borders as they are now?
We do know how they treat Cubans, who are genuine refugees from a communist dictatorship, and do whatever they can to deny them entry. They’ll make Numbers USA and FAIR look like open borders advocates themselves the day they find out that letting the entire world vote in US elections doesn’t improve their odds of coming to power

Yup, doesn’t surprise me. Whan Kamala started ranting about Trump’s affinity for hitler last week, I thought “Well, she’s just handed him the muzzie vote on a silver platter!”, and here we go.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
That’s funny: the idea that when she called Trump Hitler, she excited muslim voters, who love Hitler b’cos of the Holocaust, and they decided to switch to Trump 😂🤣

Thanks for pointing that out.

It was dumb not to have redistricted Muslim immigration particularly after 911.
But is it possible that some Michigan Muslims are sympathetic to (relatively) moderate Arab leaders like the Saudi prince and Egyptian president and are concerned about the Iranian mullahs?
࿗Infidel࿘ says
No, Michigan muslims seem to be mainly shi’a – from Lebanon, Iraq and Iran. It has been recognized as a Hizbullah stronghold. Minnesota has the Somalian crowd, while if one is looking for “Palestinians”, Chicago is where one would find them: it’s the place in the US that has the most Palis
That’s why these results are a tad surprising. Just b’cos people hate the way Biden/Kamala have been handling this, they’ve switched to Trump. But if they only remembered the following things:
⮞ It’s only due to Biden/Harris that this war has lasted as long as it has. There was the pressure on Israel to exercise the maximum restraint precisely b’cos they wanted this muslim vote bank in Michigan, as well as the pressure to be restrained on Hizbullah. The latest is the pressure on Israel not to attack Iranian nuclear or oil facilities, such as Kharg island
⮞ The US had broken off diplomatic links w/ the Palestinians during the Trump administration, and restored it under Biden. Also restored was all the aid money the Palis were getting, which was undoubtedly use to line the pockets of Mahmoud Abbas & his henchmen
⮞ The only reason that Hamas and Hizbullah had been restored their confidence was the Biden Administration undoing the sanctions on Iran, and trying to re-enable the JCPOA. It was this that enabled Hizbullah
⮞ US had to protect Israel somehow, whether it was resupplying them for the Iron Dome, or helping destroy Iranian missiles sent towards Israel. Had we not done that, Israel would have felt a lot freer, in wake of major civilian casualties all over their country, to retaliate more lethally than they did this weekend
Essentially, the intifada crowd that has turned on Kamala is a bunch of morons. But it’s unlikely that they’ll find Trump very sympathetic to them when he returns, given how firm he has been against the likes of Hamas & Hizbullah, and how he’s not only recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, but also the Golan Heights as Israeli territory

Michigan Muslim leaders endorse Trump for his commitment to ‘peace’ and ‘promoting family values’
………………………………….
Good analysis from Robert Spencer.
I think there is another factor at play here as well. So many Muslims being Democrats serves them well in places like California or the Detroit area–but not so much in places that are heavily conservative. Muslims are already worming their way into political office–and I think they want to be able to do this everywhere in the country–so some openly supporting Republicans may help with this. Or they may just think, due to some polls, that Trump is more likely to win.
It is mostly about power, in any case.

I truly hope Trump keeps Muslims out of his administration, I hope he learns enough about Islam/Muslims to know that it cannot be trusted at all.
Muslims, by learning this can say one thing and lie when asked a question about their beliefs, never ever trust a Muslim, never ever allow a Muslim in any non Islamic government to hold a position as in the House with the Muslim Women holding positions they are not for America, they support the very Islamic groups that hate America and the only reason they are in government is to destroy from within as demanded by Islam.
Look at England today as Islamic take over is in its near future.
