The leftist establishment which supports suicidal immigration policies is undermining Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni’s initiative to control illegal migration. In mid-October, Jihad Watch reported that Italy opened a ‘tool of deterrence for illegal migrants destined to reach Europe’ in Albania. The centers for illegals were already operational and showed a hope of controlling unvetted, illegal migration into Italy. Now the plan is getting pushback from Marxists, who are stymieing the plan.
Meloni’s government argues sensibly that “diverting asylum seekers to migrant centers it set up under the agreement in Albania will help fight human trafficking and permit those with a genuine right entry to the European Union.” The Italian government’s argument was irrefutable, but leftist red tape now threatens the plan’s continuance. An immigration court in Rome ruled it “unlawful for the government to send this first batch of 12 Egyptian and Bangladeshi migrants to Albania for processing.” But the court is indifferent regarding the large numbers of illegal migrants who are entering Italy. The court also ruled that it was unsafe to return the illegals to their countries of origin. Yet innumerable regions in the Middle East, Central Asia, South America and Africa are unsafe, so the left’s irrational “solution’’ is to erase the borders of Western countries and make them just as unsafe as the countries these migrants are leaving.

Italy’s right-wing prime minister, Giorgia Meloni, hailed her country’s deal — signed in November 2023 but enacted this week — with neighboring Albania to process migrant asylum claims there as “courageous,” in remarks this week to Parliament.
Under the five-year deal, up to 3,000 migrants rescued by the Italian coast guard in international waters each month will be transferred to Albania. An initial screening occurs on the ships before the migrants are sent to Albania for further screening.
“Italy has set a good example by signing the Italy-Albania protocol to process a final phase on Albanian territory but under Italian and European jurisdiction,” Meloni said….

Particularly when that phrase “Human Rights” has been bastardized from meaning the guarantee of basic human rights, such as life and liberty, to more materialistic definitions that don’t even apply. Nobody has a right to things like food, housing, healthcare or even entry into a country if one is not a citizen, but in today’s woke Europe, that’s precisely how they have defined it
Okay, so if the processing centers in Albania are illegal, even more so is settling non-Italian migrants anywhere in Italy: it has to violate Italian law. Otherwise, why would anyone need any visa to enter Italy?

A huge problem. Human rights, such as fair treatment, right to trial by judge and jury, right to protest, etc are not applied across the board, that’s the thing as well.
The right for people not to be invaded and attacked by immigrants and “refugees.” How about the human right to defend oneself? As a group, that means one’s country. But Israel is not “allowed” to do so, in the eyes of many nations and individuals.
The human right of indigenous peoples, that included the Europeans who are the descendants of the tribes which first immigrated there and became the those we know as British, Celtic, Irish, French, German, Norsemen, etc. to have their own culture and not be invaded and eaten up by the spreading cancer of out of control immigration. The right to screen applicants? COME ON, MAN! This is ridiculous. Italy’s gov’t needs to tell these courts to PISS OFF.
However the game plan is the do to these the same thing the elites did to the First Nations of North America, for example. Herd them into towns (NWO/WEF 15 min. cities, anyone?). Take away their dignity, and ability to supply their own needs (kill off all the buffalo on which the ‘agreement’ to let them wander freely was hinged). Then deny them private land ownership, they can live “free” in gov’t housing, sometimes with polluted water, or no running water. Get them hooked on booze and drugs (as WEF mouthpiece said “what will we do with these useless people?” The only solution he saw: Drugs and internet. It’s what most will want.) Give them free stuff for which they do not have to work, (Marxism, more WEF ideas, Kamala says everyone will be provided for and all the same) which rots their ambition, making them dependent on The State. If they complain, pat them on the head and tell them you’ll do something about it. You’ll give them their rights. You, will GIVE them their Rights. LOL.
It’s basically the same plan for those of us not at the top. Including politicians who somehow get elected without the approval of the Bilderberg Group. Well they can always assassinate them afterwards, it’s been done.
The recent UN meetings laid it out very clearly. They are using CO2 emissions as the club with which to kill, steal and destroy. Private property is declared to be NOT a “right” because it’s oppressive to those who don’t own property. So it must be “shared” by all. Divided up by the Lords of the Land, by Bill Gates, by the courts.
Similarly, the Jews can’t have a place of their own as a nation. Very important, this owning of a piece of land. In the Bible God stated people should own land, have their own sufficiency on pieces of land, whether nations or individuals. Demons think otherwise.

It is long past time to arrest some judges. Forget an appeal. Arrest them for endangering the safety and security of the Italian people. The judges are also a menace to society but they probably already know that.
