No. She’s only pretending to be president for the purposes of campaigning. As one of the Trump campaign spokespeople noted, she only wants to be President, but she doesn’t want to actually do the job of President
Also, yesterday, when she hit out at Gov DeSantis for not responding to her calls, he noted correctly that she’s never in the past taken any interest in his state, nor is she even remotely aware of the state of FEMA. She could have called Gov Roy Cooper, who’s been doing a far worse job in North Carolina and offered whatever imaginary “expertise” she has, instead of trying to harangue DeSantis
I was listening to Ben Shapiro’s interview of President Trump, and he asked him whether Kamala should pull the 25th Amendment against Biden. President Trump responded that there should have been a mechanism where both of them could have been removed by the 25th Amendment. 😂 It’s true: Biden at least has the excuse of age, exacerbated by 2 brain aneurysms. What’s her excuse?
Even if Trump wins, it will be a harrowing 2 months that follow, since these 2 will then feel free to wreck havoc on the country by throwing open the borders (after pretending to close it for the last few months due to public opinion) and maybe even starting a war

No, in speeches and interviews, she may call herself that, but she’s not doing what an acting president would do, which is why Joe still seems to be calling the shots. For instance, yesterday, Gov DeSantis mentioned in an interview that he had everything he needed from the Federal Government after talking to Biden. Had Kamala been the acting president, he’d have been talking to her!
