Microsoft didn’t simply fire two employees for organizing an “unauthorized vigil at the company’s headquarters for Palestinians killed in Gaza during Israel’s war with Hamas.” There’s more to the story. These individuals, along with their pro-Hamas defenders working inside the company, are part of the “globalize the intifada” movement that can be either “peacefully” destructive or outright violent.
They were actively working against Microsoft from within. Pro-Hamas “resistance” activists should not be operating in the West. Such activism is rooted in terrorism; it seeks to delegitimize Israel and ultimately eradicate it from the map.
These employees didn’t have a problem collecting a wage from Microsoft, yet they sought to smear the very company that was paying them a wage. The employees belong to a group called “No Azure For Apartheid” that serves the political interests of Palestinians, including the promotion of BDS against companies that it deems to be at odds with their political agenda. “No Azure for Apartheid” is described as “a group of technology workers within Microsoft and its subsidiaries seeking to expose and condemn the specific technologies complicit in the ongoing apartheid and genocide in Gaza, the West Bank, and Palestine as a whole.” Normal people simply leave organizations that they believe are severely at odds with what they believe to be morally wrong.
It’s a mystery why these employees would want to work for Microsoft in the first place, considering the company’s outstanding innovations that came from Israel:
Microsoft’s two most popular operating systems, NT and XP, were developed primarily in Israel. Microsoft has had a strong presence in Israel for many years, and has two R&D centers in Herzliya that employ 600 people. In 2008, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer said that the American software giant is as much Israeli as it is American.
Now, Muslim Brotherhood-linked CAIR (an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas jihad terror funding case) is backing the actions of these employees. This is taking BDS to a whole new level, and such efforts will continue. BDS supporters will keep escalating, as the Muslim Brotherhood does in stages, and could reach the point of open violence.
As top Palestinian official Fathi Hammad declared, Palestinians are preparing to establish a global Islamic caliphate with Jerusalem as its capital.
“CAIR, CAIR-WA Demand Microsoft Rehire Staffers Fired for Organizing Anti-Genocide Vigil,” by Ibrahim Hooper, Hamas-linked CAIR, October 27, 2024:
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, and its Washington state chapter (CAIR-WA) today called on Microsoft to rehire and apologize to two employees who were reportedly fired for organizing a vigil at the company’s headquarters for Palestinians killed in the far-right Israeli government’s genocide in Gaza.
Those Microsoft employees were allegedly fired several hours after the vigil they organized at Microsoft’s head office in Redmond, Washington. The fired employees say the event was similar to other Microsoft-sanctioned campaigns for people in need. Microsoft said it “cannot provide specific details” about the firings….

c.a.i.r. members always…always…have to toot their own horn by saying how large is their ‘mozlum **rights** and advocacy’ org.
Microsoft often does things with which I disagree. But this is one time they did something right. When I read the headline about the firing…didn’t read the article….I wondered if there would be any backlash and how many people were involved.
Other people get fired for various reasons, but unless they are mozlum, c.a.i.r. doesn’t *care.* Whether it’s a matter of refusing to deliver beer for a beer distributer, refusing to wear the work uniform, taking extra breaks at work to ‘prey,’ or demanding foot baths and halal food at their place of employment, c.a.i.r doesn’t believe any mozlum should be fired for any reason.
And Microsoft should be able to say what is done on their property and when employees refuse to abide by the rules, firing is the best step.
And it is ‘no mystery’ why these mozlums want to work there….to sabotage and disrupt while getting paid to do a job.
Microsoft can rightly say that the mozlums were working against company interests.

Microsoft is notorious for being woke, as well as for its DEI hiring: I’ve heard horror stories that White coders in Seattle have given up approaching Microsoft for any jobs, since the company had a mission to hire minorities that was on steroids
One thing that these Woktivists overlooked is that the job of every business unit in Microsoft, including Azure, is to make money. That involves selling to anyone who can pay (barring countries impacted by US sanctions, such as Russia). So if Microsoft stands to make money by selling Azure services to Israel, that’s what they have to do. Remember that it is a somewhat competitive market out there for Cloud platforms – not just Azure and AWS, but also ones from Google, Oracle, Rumble… So it would be irresponsible of Microsoft to ignore such a potential customer
Maybe these employees could roll their own Cloud company – maybe call it “Virginland”, and persuade jihadist regimes like Qatar, Pali authority, Iran, et Al to buy their services. If they are good at Unix/Linux and Virtualization, it shouldn’t be an issue for them

This is the 71st TV attack by CAIR, and they have absolutely nothing to do with it.
Please complain to KING5 who helped CAIR manipulate the media by refusing to report on the police saying no one targeted the Islamic Center of Olympia.
