In my opinion, she’s stupid and using marijuana would only make her worse. She doesn’t seem capable of actually having a logical thought nor expressing one. She’s been told what to say, so she repeats it.
I have noticed that beyond her ‘word salads,’ she says the same phrase …whatever it might be, such as “true story,”….over and over, while waiting for the voice in her ear, prompting her to say something else.
How many times did she say the ’32’ thingy because the prompter quit working?

Kamala Harris had actually said that :”Donald Trump is continually more unhinged and unstable.” To that clearly false statement ,all a person has to do is to consider the source. Pamela with her constant inappropriate laughing reveals much about her own unhinged and unstable mental condition.
