Israel has been choking out Hizballah’s funding as it continues air strikes on the jihad terror group’s major banks. Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant “redefined the banks as terror entity arms of Hezbollah.” IDF spokesperson Daniel Hagari also stated that the late Hizballah leader Hassan Nasrallah’s bunker, which is estimated to contain at least half a billion in US dollar bills and gold, is located under the Al-Sahel Hospital in Hezbollah’s stronghold of Dahiyeh in Beirut.
So while all this has been going on, “French President Emmanuel Macron had called on participants [of the International Conference of Lebanon] to bring ‘massive aid’ to support the country.”
The big question is whether the aid is actually going to help the people of Lebanon or whether it will end up in the hands of Hizballah and thus fund the jihad terror war against Israel. Take Afghanistan, for instance: the United Nations “delivered more than $2.9 billion in cash to Afghanistan since the Taliban seized control, resulting in the flow of U.S. funds to the extremist group.”
There is abundant reason to believe that “humanitarian aid” will go to Hizballah. Although Hizballah gets money from Iran, “the money that does not come from Iran comes straight from the Lebanese ‘people’s pockets’….Which the Al-Qard Al-Hassan Association (AQAH) has profited from as it has taken advantage of the Lebanese economic crisis. The finance group binds Lebanese citizens to a separate economic system under Hezbollah control which is used to fund its weaponary rather than rebuild the country.”
Hizballah has a dominant presence in Lebanon. It is fully accepted as an armed “resistance” against Israel. When Hizballah candidates ran for national elections in 1992, they won 12 out of 128 of parliamentary seats. Since then, however, its support has only been growing. It is an accepted armed “resistance” group in the country to fight “Israeli occupation in south Lebanon,” and has acquired the support of many political parties in Lebanon. This is where it gets problematic:
Hezbollah’s presence in parliament and the Lebanese government, and its alliance with various political parties, allowed it to control the country and veto decisions that do not fit its agenda or promote its interest.
The country also has no president at the moment, which leaves Lebanon disunified and chaotic, and gives Hizballah too much power. Its caretaker prime minister, Najib Mikati, is pushing for ceasefire between Israel and Hizballah, and does not “explicitly call to disarm Hezbollah.”
Western taxpayers have enough to worry about economically as it is. Yet their governments are supplying exorbitant amounts of money to war-torn Islamic terrorist-controlled regions, where this money isn’t going to serve the real humanitarian needs of the people. Hamas also stole humanitarian aid and paid its terrorists.

PARIS (AP) — An international conference for Lebanon in Paris on Thursday raised $1 billion in pledges for humanitarian aid and military support to help the country where war between Hezbollah militants and Israel has displaced a million people, killed over 2,500, and deepened an economic crisis, French organizers said.
In his closing speech, France’s foreign minister Jean-Noël Barrot said : “We have collectively raised $800 million in humanitarian aid and $200 million for the security forces, that’s about $1 billion. The Paris conference gathered over 70 nations and international organizations.
French President Emmanuel Macron had called on participants to bring “massive aid” to support the country, as France promised $100 million.
“We’re up to the challenge,” Barrot said. The United States pledged to provide about $300 million, he added.
Germany pledged a total of 96 million euros in humanitarian aid to both Lebanon and neighboring Syria, also deeply affected by escalating violence in the Middle East. Italy announced this week an additional 10 million euros ($10.8 million) in aid for Lebanon.

I would like to ask Macron where was he when Hezbollah was firing rockets on innocent Israeli citizens in Israel? The press does not talk about the death and destruction these rockets have reaped upon Israel over the last twenty years or so. One person killed in Israel by missiles lobbed from across a boarder or from a jihadi wearing an explosive vest one too many. I bet if Belgium were to launch missiles at France, Macron would not offer the Belgium people millions of Euros.
The other point that has not been mentioned by any of the so-called leaders in the West is that Hezbollah has forced out most of the Christians who helped make Lebanon a great place to visit and when Beirut was considered the Venice of the East. I have not read where any of the regimes in the Muslim infested Sharia states are willing to assist the people of Lebanon.

I wonder how much rich Arab countries are giving. In the tsunami disaster in Indonesia in 2001 (I think), Arab countries at first only gave a very small amount of money while the infidels (governments and individuals) gave a lot. Only later those Islamic countries gave some reasonable contribution.
Muslims don’t like to help other people including their own people, they prefer to give money to finance daqwah or jihad because they receive more in return from their Allah (Allah’s empty promise of course).
