EU demands UK provide troops for peacekeeping missions as part of Starmer’s Brexit ‘reset’

Leftist governments are increasingly trampling the rights of their people. Marxism, which is a system of big government lording it over an oppressed population, is spreading across free societies, which are also now being further dismantled by open-border immigration policies. The UK’s Labour government is far left and in harmony with EU globalist elites. Immigration drove Brexit, but UK Prime Minister Starmer couldn’t care less. Now Starmer is planning a shady “big Brexit reset” with the EU, while the EU demands that British taxpayers pay up to provide British troops for equally mysterious “peacekeeping missions.”

The European Union is demanding that Britain commit troops to its peacekeeping operations as a price of a closer post-Brexit relationship under Labour.

Foreign ministers used the presence of David Lammy at a meeting in Luxembourg to push for the Uk to get involved in its Common Security and Defence Policy missions.

The bloc currently has 3,500 troops and 1,3000 civilians involved in 24 missions around the world, including from Norway, which is not an EU member state.…

PM Keir Starmer is saying “he wanted to show the UK was a reliable partner” to the EU after what he called “the Brexit ‘circus’”.

Last month, the President of the EU Commission Ursula von der Leyen tweeted:

As part of Britain’s plan to “reset” relations with the EU, UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy has “sketched out a wide-ranging plan for a foreign policy and security pact with the EU covering the climate crisis, energy, pandemics and illegal migration.”

Whatever globalist agenda that Britain’s Labour Party is cooking up with the EU behind the backs of the British public needs to be questioned, especially in light of EU demands for so-called “peacekeeping forces.” Brexit supporters are already warning that the “EU was creating its own army, which could see British troops under continental control.”

  1. So where does the EU want the UK to send troops? Lebanon?

    Also, is UK supposed to be a part of an EU army? Also, if that army is created, that would make even more irrelevant the point of NATO, since the only additional members would be the US & Canada. Canada has no army, and US badly needs to reassess where we put our troops

      • They only have one neighbor – US. Last time they saw any military action was in WWII

          That would be good news to the families of Canadian soldiers who were killed or wounded in Afghanistan, Korea, etc.
          BTW. Canada has another neighbour you just might have heard of — Russia.

  2. What and no demand for 50,000 illegal migrants to be granted entry to England so they can do to England -in even a worse case – what illegals have done to the US? Would Keir Starmer agree to the very thing that caused the Brits to end their EU connection? Elect a Lefty and you turn your country over to the very worse.

      Starmer will enter into contracts with the EU that will have astounding penalties is ever cancelled. Canada ‘s Trudeau has already been doing that to Canada and blocking it’s Auditor General from being able to review the contracts. The contract penalties are typically 5 or more time the value of the contract .
