From Donald Trump’s alarmist speech in 2017 in Poland, where he declared “every last inch of Western civilization is worth defending with your life,” to his more recent fear-mongering about “Middle Easterners” hiding in the Latin American caravan and who were about to “invade” the United States, one thing is constant in the US president’s worldview: the specter of radical Islam on the march, ready to take over the West.
The grotesque exaggeration here is meant to mock the supposed imbecility of the “Islamophobes” and “racists.” But in fact, the Department of Homeland Security has confirmed more than once that some people entering the U.S. from Mexico have been “from the Middle East.” And no one is claiming that “radical Islam” is “on the march, ready to take over the West.” What is claimed by Islamocritics is that there are now 44 million Muslims in Europe, that unlike non-Muslim immigrants they have largely failed, and do not wish, to integrate into their host societies, that the Qur’an commands them in 109 verses to engage in jihad against the unbelievers, “to fight them,” to “smite their necks,” to “strike terror in their hearts,” and that during every one of the 1,400 years of Islam’s existence, the jihad imperative has been acted on somewhere in the world.
The worry is not that “radical Islam [is] ready to take over,” but the perfectly rational concern that Muslims are steadily increasing in numbers and strength in the West, while the political and media elites in Europe (the situation is not as bad in America) remain insufficiently alert to the dangers of Islam; they are unwilling to study the Qur’an and Hadith, much less allow Islamocritics to share information about what those texts contain. From the British government banning Robert Spencer from entering the UK as a supposed purveyor of “hate speech,” to the EU Court of Human Rights convicting Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff of offending the religious sensibilities of Muslims by saying, truthfully, that Muhammad’s consummation of his marriage to Aisha when he was fifty-four and she was nine would today be called “pedophilia,” the real paranoia is to be found among those trying to suppress truthful information about Islam.
Trump, of course, is not alone in exploiting this paranoia. In Europe, populist anti-immigration parties constantly beat the drum of Islamization. Witness France, Germany, Britain, the Netherlands and Belgium, where large Muslim minorities reside. But even Poland and Hungary, with hardly any Muslim immigration to speak of, appear deeply worried about a looming invasion.
Isn’t it true that these populist parties are not truly “anti-immigrant,” but alarmed only about Muslim migrants? And what might concern them? Perhaps, to start with, the undeniable fact of No-Go areas under Muslim control, that have appeared in many cities across Europe. These are neighborhoods which non-Muslims fear to enter, where even firemen, as representatives of the hated state, require a police guard to protect them from attack, and the police themselves enter only in groups large enough to repel attackers. Could it be the Muslim grooming gangs in the UK, that claimed thousands of English girls as victims of horrific sexual exploitation, operating over many years, and in a dozen cities, have made some people worry about Muslims? Or might the 2,000 Muslims involved in assaults on 1,200 German women in Cologne on New Year’s Eve 2016 have caused some to be alarmed? Are others in Europe appalled at the fact that many Jews in Europe no longer appear in public wearing yarmulkes or other identifying clothing, for fear of being attacked by Muslims, and that this was the case even before October 7? Could the the robberies, burglaries, vandalism, drug trafficking, rapes by Muslims, whose rates of criminality far outstrip those both of other immigrants and of the indigenous peoples of Europe, be having an effect? Could all this explain and justify the increasing opposition to further admitting Muslim migrants? What about the enormous costs to taxpayers in the generous welfare states of Europe, who provide Muslim migrants with every sort of benefit, including free or highly subsidized housing, free education (and language training), free medical care, unemployment payments (often, without the recipients ever having been employed), and family allowances (that increase with each additional child)? The receipt of such largesse, without any display of gratitude from Muslims, who instead pocket the benefits from the Infidel state as if they were a kind of jizyah to which Muslims are entitled, dismays and angers their no-longer-welcoming hosts.

Islamphobia is just a word over used like racism.. When one understands Islam and its practices and beliefs that person becomes aware of the destruction and evil that is Islam. A good book to understand Islam is Reliance of the Traveller: Islamic Sacred Law aka sharia. Never mind the Koran and other books of Islam, Reliance is the one book that combines all books in one.
It cover Islamic daily life and teachings, especially Chapter 9 title Jihad. What the Imam tells you or other Muslims tell you will be lies because I have had conversations with my Muslim neighbor and frankly was lied to, found out the truth by reading the Reliance book.
One will also be able to see the pattern of Islam in the world as well.
