On Thursday (4th October), the Israeli authorities informed that a Yazidi woman named Fawzi Amin Sido who was abducted from Iraq by ISIS in 2014 at the age of 11 and trafficked to the Gaza Strip has been rescued. The officials said that the woman has been reunited with her family. While Sido could regain freedom after a decade of sexual abuse, torture and other unspeakable atrocities, US media outlet CBS News blatantly attempted to downplay ISIS sex crimes.
The CBS News article and relevant X post suggested that the Yazidi woman was ‘stranded’ in Gaza, even though she was trafficked from Iraq into Gaza by ISIS terrorists and held in captivity by Hamas terrorists there, forcefully married and turned into a sex slave of the Islamic terrorist….

The US legacy Media needs to be removed from its legacy. We need a few changes. Involving jailtime for espousing opinion as fact. Lying in a news broadcast should also result jail. If the lie was on the teleprompter then the script writer is jointly responsible. The last 10 or 20 years have proved beyond doubt that the media are totally biased and are willing to do just about anything to influence rather than report.
Repeated offenses should result in loss of broadcasting rights as well as massive fines against the owners.

We need more speech…. not less. I understand how you feel but that is not an answer. The politicians, and those who can speak up must address this, scourge it as basically lying and pound that into the news cycles to force the msm to deal with constant accurate criticism, and until the public rises up and then the msm will be forced to change it’s reporting.

Many Indonesian female workers who work as domestic helpers in Arab countries are treated like sex slaves, they are raped, not getting paid, and working continuously. I believe, many similar female workers from other countries face similar situation. Probably, in several decades period, there are millions victims of such crime in Arab countries. Many of the victims simply disappear without trace, while some may return with physical or mental problems. They are returned because they are no longer able to work, so their employers just kick them out from the houses.
It is disgusting that the media is hiding the fact, they are complicit criminals.
