  1. Frank’s videos are barely audible: please ask him to either do something about his audio feeds, or else include close caption of transcripts of his videos

    • Frank and others need to fork over a few bucks and hire a competent IT tech. It is called checking it out to see if it works like you want it to before you go on a Skype or Zoom call. Check it all out before you show up at the meeting. Good lord, in this day and age. I will say that without the Frank types and others (those who pay) IT techs would be struggling to make a living. It is not just these older guys that are tech illiterate younger people are too. The younger ones can operate it as long as it operates without issue. The younger ones were not brought up learning how to figure things out. The older ones should know better and make the right decision and especially on important things.

      • One thing I noticed after I had typed the above message – Frank’s videos of August 22nd were actually fine in terms of volume. So he needs to check these things before every video clip of it that he makes. I could make out those two videos, but just gave up on the first

        • i have noticed for a long time that there is a problem in the sound control spectrum across all platforms. It must be my imagination dont you think?
