Two diplomats serving in the region, including one based in Bamako, said the death toll was believed to be in the 70s. Reuters could not independently verify the numbers.
A third diplomat based in the region said hundreds were believed dead and wounded, and hospitals had run out of beds to treat survivors….
Tuesday’s attack was claimed by Al Qaeda affiliate Jama’a Nusrat ul-Islam wa al-Muslimin (JNIM)….
The attack was captured in videos published on social media that showed insurgents setting fire to the presidential jet and dead bodies at the police academy….
The attack also comes on the heels of a battle with high casualties in July, when insurgents wiped out scores of experienced Russian mercenaries and Malian forces in fighting near Mali’s northern border with Algeria.

Since there are mozlums in Russia’s military, perhaps some of those not stopping the al queda *approved* terrorists are, themselves, mozlum terrorists.
The world is being taken over and dominated by mozlum terrorists while politicians and the media hype the ‘phobia’ as being the greatest danger….along with the climate fluctuations.

Yeah, instead of sending them into Ukraine, since Russia allegedly sends only non-ethnic Russians there, they should send all their mohammedan divisions (Tatars, Bashkirs, Chechens,…..) to these muslim countries – Mali, Niger, Libya,….. They’ll be a lot more influential there
It’s good that the French and Americans have left. Not sure what we were doing there, but in another era, when France was not flooded w/ mohammedans, there might have been a rationale for the French Foreign Legion. Today, there ain’t any: the French first need to liberate their own country from muslims before they start to take on jihad in Africa

My educated guess would be that no foreign military is actually able to coordinate military operations effectively with just about any African Armed Force. That’s basically down to ill-organized African militaries.in general.
