Finally. Now the problem is solved.
The Taliban thought being hit by A-10s was tough, wait until they meet the International Court of Justice.
Four countries stepped forward to announce “unprecedented” action against the ruling Taliban for its “systematic oppression” of women and girls.
Germany, Australia, Canada and the Netherlands on Thursday accused the hardline Islamist group of violating the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW).
“We know that women and girls of Afghanistan are effectively being erased from public life by the various edicts the Taliban have issued,” Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong told reporters in New York.
“The steps we are taking with Germany, Canada and the Netherlands are unprecedented.”
By “unprecedented”, Penny means a completely unprecedented useless and sad joke. Finally the girls of Afghanistan will be saved, not by bombs, but a strongly worded complaint letter.
Human Rights Watch says the legal move by the four Western nations could lead to proceedings at the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
As a signatory to CEDAW, Afghanistan is expected to respond to the complaint.
However, the document was signed by the previous government, and so far, the Taliban has shown no sign of changing its stance despite international condemnation.
The Taliban government has yet to respond to the CEDAW action.
I’m sure they’re shivering in the armored vehicles and choppers Biden and Kamala left behind for them.
Sure, they held out for decades to take over Afghanistan in a guerrilla war and terrorist campaign, but how will they ever cope with one stage of a multi-stage international tribunal process notorious for its sheer uselessness?
The Taliban will have 6 months to respond to the CEDAW complaint. If they bother to refer this to their Qatari masters, the Qataris will have one of their influence operations draft a reply about colonialism, climate change and “what about Gaza”? Also Mohammed was the original feminist and all the living Afghan women are happy.
That’s assuming they even bother. Either way the whole thing will employ a lot of bureaucrats, NGOs, international lawyers and other completely useless types while not helping one single girl in Afghanistan.
And the same people cheering this as a smart move agonized over Gitmo and drone strikes on Islamic terrorists in Afghanistan. When given a chance to fix the problem, they write strongly worded complaint letters.
Finally. Now the problem is solved.
Afghanistan’s women and girls weren’t liberated from Islamist rule by gender ministers writing letters, but by men with guns. But that’s “toxic masculinity”. It’s so much better when women and girls aren’t allowed to show their faces or speak in public while their ‘sisters’ conduct international proceedings and welcome in more Muslim migrants who will do the same to them when given half a chance.

Some time back a Taliban spokesman answered a question asked of him about the basic human rights of females, both girls and women, he declared” We guarantee all their rights within the limits of Islam.”
All aware people who understand Islam know that the last four words of that statement has an obvious meaning.
Which is that with Islam the rights of females are very limited. As in within the Islamic view, they have little to no rights at all. .
As this has been so well explained by Brigitte Gabriel in her book, entitled THEY MUST BE STOPPED in Chapter 9 of the title “Islam’s Contempt for Women” which informs its reader on page 171 “Control of behavior and disregard for human life are key elements in Islamic ideology.”
In addition, on the next page it further reads” Women in Islam are considered unclean, deemed inferior even to dirt.”
The tragic and sad reality is that Islam is a religion of brutal, cruel, harsh and even, at times, murderous misogyny.

The Taliban have banned women from the university because the Islam is a religion of oppressive misogyny and their regime in Afghanistan is based on Islam with its Sharia.
The Taliban want the women trapped in Afghanistan to under the darkness tyranny and oppression of Sharia. Therefore, they ban them from receiving an education.
As Thomas Jefferson had, so wisely, declared “Enlighten the people, generally, and tyranny and oppression of body and mind will vanish like evil spirits at the dawn of day.”

It should be made known that the actual origin of Sharia law is revealed in a Time –Life book with the title MESOPOTAMIA: THE MIGHTY KINGS copyright 1995. The point is this history book about the ancient pagan world of Mesopotamia informs the reader that “many Islamic laws resemble the Babylon and Assyrian forebears.” .page 150.
There is the above and other references imply that such pagan teachings were incorporated into the religion that Muhammad manufactured and then started.
Thus this further reveals that a lot of ancient paganism is part of the whole religion of Islam.
In other words, ancient paganism makes up much of Islam. Therefore Islam with its Sharia are a hoax .

And what is VERY significant that the w/wide body elected to look after the interests of the world’s populations has said NOTHING re this as far as I am concerned, just another example of Guterres’ uselessness, hence my agreeing with the President of a South American country, that the UN is useless, anti- semitic, due to it’s over occupation by Muslim countries. The West should withdraw and set up another more balanced organisation in the existing building, kick the existing UN out and be interesting to see where they set up/.

And, the taliban have been going against the laws of the previous government, so much so that various nations have closed the embassies of afghanistan over recent months. A few are still dealing with the government of the ‘students of islam,’ but only a few.
There is a mozlum in VA who is trying to regain control of the country. He wants to kick the taliban out of power. He’s rather far away from the action, however. And there are warlords who feel the same, but they probably can’t work it out, either.
The taliban had a lot of power and control back around the turn of this century. Now they do again.

Somehistory, here are the remaining embassies in Afghanistan as of last February–just 17, and–unsurprisingly, most of them are Islamic–but not even a lot of those. The only actual civilized countries still trying to make a real go of diplomacy with the Taliban are India and Japan.

They – the Taliban – have nothing to worry about. Since they had been exposed in the 90s, kept out of power for 20 years but yet managed to return to power, they’re there to stay

Give them time. There too many but kissers who will feel sorry for them.
Their brutality is forgivable because they have been downtrodden. We don’t want them to feel inferior.
So we will allow ourselves to be enslaved to Islam.

Knuckel daggers will drag knuckles and beat women. Islam works for them; turns them into barbarian Kings of the community and family. One look at those dead-eyed, light-stealing faces and one knows there is no fun in this branch of Islam for anyone.
On a brighter note, they do have a cure for the appearance of baldness and their Braun electric shavers last 50 years….
