Both Joe Biden and Antony Blinken are slamming Israel over the killing of Turkish-American activist Aysenur Ezgi Eygi in Judea and Samaria (aka the West Bank). Even though he admitted that her killing was accidental, Biden said he was “outraged.”

President Biden on Wednesday said he is “outraged and deeply saddened” by Israel’s “totally unacceptable” killing of an American activist in the West Bank, adding that there must be “full accountability” one day after suggesting her death was an accident.
Biden in a statement condemned the shooting of Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi, a 26-year-old from Seattle who was participating in a demonstration in the West Bank when an Israeli soldier shot and killed her….
…Biden said his administration would remain in contact with Israeli and Palestinian officials regarding the investigation.
Palestinian officials are waging full-on jihad against Israel’s very existence, as they themselves repeatedly state. Israel should not be in the position of justifying details about its war on jihad terrorists.
Biden also said this about Eygi:
She was also an activist whose idealism led her to travel to the West Bank to peacefully protest the expansion of settlements. The shooting that led to her death is totally unacceptable.

Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi knew full well what she was getting into by attending the Judea and Samaria protests, which are not peaceful by any stretch of the imagination.
While Biden acknowledged Palestinian terrorism, he’s off the mark (again) and makes an obscene moral equivalence by saying:
“The violence in the West Bank has been going on for too long. Violent extremist Israeli settlers are uprooting Palestinians from their homes….Palestinian terrorists are sending car bombs to kill civilians. I will continue to support policies that hold all extremists — Israelis and Palestinians alike – accountable for stoking violence and serving as obstacles to peace.”
Not only does Judea and Samaria belong to Israel as a heartland to Jews, who are indigenous to the area, but a Times of Israel report outlined its strategic importance:
Israel doesn’t have much room to negotiate over Judea and Samaria because most of this land is of vital strategic importance to Israel. Shortly after the Six-Day War, the heads of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff issued a now declassified report in which they recommended that Israel retain at least half of Judea and Samaria, and this would provide Israel with “a militarily defensible border.”
While Hamas was plotting October 7 for two years in Gaza, simultaneously — right after Operation Guardian of the Walls — Iran was flooding Judea and Samaria with weaponry as the Islamic Republic ramped up a new front of war on Israel. According to a New York Times report, Bedouins were smuggling weapons from Jordan across the border into the West Bank. The plan was to “‘broadly inundate’ the territory with weapons in an effort to ‘foment unrest’ against Israel,” as well as to “instigate violence in the West Bank, as the Islamic Republic’s proxies in Lebanon, Iraq and Yemen continue to carry out attacks on Israel in support of the Palestinians.” This left residents of Judea and Samaria dangerously threatened. Prior to October 7, Israeli security forces had been conducting “near-daily counterterrorism activities” throughout the area.
After the death of Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken called for “’fundamental changes’ to the way Israeli forces operate in the occupied West Bank.” Only Israel can gauge what it must do as it navigates through a multifront jihad war against it. Blinken also admitted that the killing was accidental, despite the insistence from Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi’s family that it wasn’t.
In a statement on Wednesday September 11, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated (courtesy the Israeli Government Press Office):
“The challenges have grown lately. There is an effort to smuggle terrorists and war materiel across the Jordan into Judea and Samaria and into Israel’s cities. We are working here in cooperation with all elements in order to stop this.”
One may argue that Biden with his dementia may not be up to date on what has escalated into a virtual war in Judea and Samaria, but what excuse does Blinken have? None.

The USA Israel visa waiver program is a mistake as it allows millions of moslems with USA passports to easily enter Israel to support terror groups so expect many more dead USA passport holders to meet Allah. Not sure what Allah gives a Turkish american woman. 72 studs ?

An IDF soldier was firing at the ringleader of the violent protest. His bullet ricocheted and hit Eygi instead. It was an accident, as Biden now admits. And once having admitted that, he has no reason to denounce it

Going to “protest peacefully” in a war zone is not a good idea for anyone of any background or nationality. Walk across a major highway entails the real possibility of being hit by a speeding car. Swimming at night in shark infested waters exposes you to being attacked by a shark. Walking in Gaza or Palestinian areas of Judea is choosing to stroll among terrorists and IDF. Not a healthy place to take a leisurely walk while observing confrontations between armed enemies. Biden should have issued one of his famous “DON”T” recommendations instead of attacking Israel.
