On Wednesday, 9/11, Old Joe Biden was “doing 9/11” in New York City. Kamala Harris and Donald Trump were there as well, along with Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-Sinister) and former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg (D-Has Been). In a show of bipartisan generosity that is unusual in these overheated days, Biden, Harris and Schumer didn’t have Trump clapped into irons and led away to Rikers Island.The assembled dignitaries, however, could just as well have been commemorating a long-forgotten Civil War battle. The whole thing had the feel of an important civic occasion that no one really wants to attend but everyone thinks he has to do so. The September 11, 2001 jihad attacks are part of our history now, but they are not part of our present-day reality. If someone said that Islamic terrorism was a genuine threat to the United States today, Barack Obama or someone like him might respond: “The early 2000s called. They want their foreign policy back.”
It’s a fine quip. In real life, Obama used it against Mitt Romney in 2012, when Romney said that Russia posed a major threat to the United States. Obama’s flippancy regarding Russia, however, looks quaint today, and it’s likely that seeing the jihad threat as a thing of the past is going to look quaint before too long as well.
At this point, however, 9/11 was a very long time ago, and we have other concerns now. The far-left British government is working on criminalizing “Islamophobia,” although it can’t explain exactly what that is. The Network of Sikh Organisations (NSO) in Britain has written a letter of concern to Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner, pointing out that the definition of “Islamophobia” that the ruling Labour Party has adopted would make it a criminal act to enunciate such demonstrable truths as “Muslims spread Islam by the sword.”
That definition is the predictable leftist farrago of nonsense: “Islamophobia is rooted in racism and is a type of racism that targets expressions of Muslimness or perceived Muslimness.” The Sikhs pointed out quite reasonably that “Adoption of this contested definition into law would have serious implications on free speech, not least the ability to discuss historical truths.” It would also criminalize any honest discussion of why the 9/11 attacks happened, who perpetrated them, and what they intended to accomplish. It wouldn’t criminalize someone screaming “Allahu akbar” while setting off a bomb; it would criminalize noticing that someone screamed “Allahu akbar” while setting off a bomb.

It won’t just be a crime to notice the shout of supremacy when the bomb is thrown. It will be a crime to notice the ” setting off a bomb.” If the shout is heard, the one being killed by the bomb will not be labeled a victim; but the mozlum who threw it will be if anyone notices.
The Native American tribes had the tradition of passing down their history verbally, from generation to generation. Each generation felt an obligation to remember what they heard and to pass it along to the next. Other cultures wrote history books
But too much has happened in the last few years with allowing those who are intent on erasing history….destroying cemeteries, destroying monuments and things built by other cultures and religions, destroying libraries, denying who owns the Land, esp in the ME, ..to invade and take power to say what is and what is not.
The ugly Somalian said, ‘some people did something.’ Soon, the ‘did something’ will be forgotten as well as who the ‘some people’ were.

Yes, I’ve increasingly noticed this. So often it is mentioned that X-percentage of the population was not born in 2001.
I was born in 1959–by the time I became aware enough to follow even basic historical discussions WWII was a generation in the past–but few thought that it should be forgotten, or even considered very long ago–as it should be. And this was true even though Nazi Germany and Tojo’s Japan no longer existed and seemed unlikely to be revived in any form.
But Jihad terror has not gone away–and while there has–thank God!–been nothing on the same horrific scale as 9/11, Jihad terror attacks have become a regular feature of our lives. and Jihadists would pull another 9/11 again tomorrow–and the day after that–if they could manage the logistics and still had the element of surprise. But we are supposed to treat it like ancient history. Madness.

in the early 90’s, they attacked the WTC, but didn’t bring it down as they had planned. 9/11 was the second attempt and they succeeded.
Most likely, several groups have been planning something the entire time…recall the Times Square bomber, the shoe bomber, the underwear bomber. the recent guy from pakistan, through Canada with his group wanting to bring down the largest Jewish population….
So many and they won’t stop.

Furthermore, the Bible warns against accepting and believing in religious story/ doctrines, no matter how enticing they might be. For the Bible warns against giving “heed to fables….” First Timothy 1:4.
In addition, such a lust –filled fable /doctrine and the deluded men who would believe in it was predicted the Bible. For the Bible informs its reader in Second Timothy 4:3, 4. “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
In great contrast to the religious fiction of such a fable /doctrine that has deceived many jihadists into engaging in suicide/homicide attacks, Christians have the reality found in Second Peter 1:16. Which reads “For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ…”

After the news reached the world about the mass murder and destruction that occurred by that vicious jihadists attacks in America which occurred September 11, 2001. Many Muslims were happy and even celebrated that murderous affront carried out by those jihadists of al Qaeda.
There are some good, decent but naive Westerners when discovering about who those Muslims were actually glad about those horrendous happenings on 9/11. Some of those Westerners might be shocked and then stop and wonder and ask “How can those people, being so very religious, be so happy and glad about those deadly atrocities of that day ?”

In addition, on the day of September 9 2016 some man I know who works as a security guard at a public place told me a Muslim actually had the nerve to walk over to him and said to him two Muslim “Jokes” about 9/11. As if it was a funny subject. It’s wrong to even try to “joke” about 9/11. Talk about bad “jokes” those two are the very much worst of all.
The first, was “What is the difference between September 11, 20001 and a cow?” answer “You don’t keep milking a cow after fifteen years.” Not only is that “joke” awful but those Muslims trying to be funny by say that cruel thing do have some gall because they have no room to talk . For they are still are “milking” the topic of the crusades and the crusades have been over for well more than seven hundred years. What gall they have!
The second, “Muslim “joke” about 9/11 is “On September 11, 2001 the people trapped on the upper floors of the WTC had ordered their pizza sent to them two plane.” To say that such “humor” is terrible is an understatement. Furthermore, those Muslim who say those “jokes” are really only exposing their own sick, vicious, callous and heartless Islamic mindset.”

Many of the Muslim /Arabs who call themselves “Palestinians” are very mad that President Trump has recognized Jerusalem as the capital city of the State of Israel. Many of those same “Palestinians” were very happy when they found out about the mass jihad murders in America on September 11, 2001.
So who cares if they are mad or not about the US embassy move to Jerusalem ?
