Misinformation in whose eyes? Hate speech according to whom? Remember that 51 intelligence professionals declared that Hunter Biden’s authentic and politically damaging laptop was misinformation.

The leftist authoritarians, should they secure untrammeled power, will destroy America as a free society, and they’re not even making a secret of that.

  1. They never tell us who decides what is misinformation.. They never tell us who decides what is true and isn’t.. They can’t see that when they say things like this they’re speaking down to us almost as if they own us..!!

    It’s actually illegal to be a communist in America and has been since 1954. this guy is definitely a communist.. Someone will correct me and say no it’s marxist, but even marx himself said communism and marxism are interchangeable..

  2. Well, he’s wrong. Proven by the fact that he made such a claim and has not been arrested for saying it.

    Glenn Beck played some clips of things he has said. When there were lockdowns, his rulership said people were to spy on others and turn them in for breaking his rules. He said that *socialism to som is neighborliness to others.* and he said that the forcing of people, including kids, to get the experimental jabs should have been done sooner.
    walz…waltzing to disaster if he and the hyena are *selected* into office by cheating. Claiming they are worthy of being in charge is *misinformation.* Have the cuffs and Miranda ready.

  3. Do rank-n-file Democrats really not understand that the 1A is one of the principal bulwarks against tyranny? Remove from government the chains of the Constitution and freedom disappears.

What set America apart from all other lands was freedom – for the individual. Freedom to work, to produce, to succeed and, especially, to keep the fruits of one’s labor. America became great precisely because the stifling effects of too much government had been prevented.”

    America’s biggest problem: Too Much Government.

    • The Democrats plan is to replace the conservative judges with liberals; if need to, pack on more justices, and then get a new interpretation of the fist and second amendment with limitations and introduce the concept as “words are violent” and therefore hateful speech is violent and therefore we can’t have hate speech. Of course, hate is subjective; one man’s speech is hateful to some and praised by others. So you need panels, lots of govt controlled panels with $$$ to support to say what is hate and violent, don’t forget violent, and must be punished. That’s the general plan. Let’s see how it works out.

  5. Much misinformation is harmless (Elvis Lives!! The World is flat!! The mission to the Moon was a fraud.) but some is not but rather very dangerous.
    It was one thing to spout hatred and lies before mass communication but today, with the potential that the internet gives us, misinformation and hate speech can spread so easily and carry terrible consequences.
    The naive and gullible can so easily be convinced and twisted. The hateful can so effectively spew their venom. The effects can be disastrous,
    Misinformation is relatively easy to identify but “hate speech” is not since it is more subjective and often just a difference of opinion.
    I don’t know what can be done to stop this but certainly these matters should be addressed.

    • Even idiots and crackpots can have a opinion and voice ,it is the price we pay for free speech. To address this other people can point out how stupid their opinions are with facts. The Hunter Biden laptop story was removed from media platforms in Oct.2020 could have change the outcome of an election. The removal of anything against the questioning of where the China flu in spring of 2020 started in a lab or by the official government opinion it was from eating bats at a “wet market”. As long as you are not threating violence ,hate speech laws in Europe are arresting people who only state they want closed borders and all these illegal “refugees ” are a strand to the economic and social stability to a nation state. The statemen in Europe are arresting people for causing or promoting “harm” to refugees by calling refugees criminals for breaking laws of those countries. The definition of hate speech is always fluid is designed by the ruling party in office in many countries.

    • People who don’t have the Constitution and its Freedoms listed, don’t want Americans to have it either.
      A person should be allowed to say what they hate….even if it is a group of people ;and they should be able to say why they do.
      Ana a person should be able to say what they think is True, whether or not it is, because many disagree with real Truth and they would be the first to stop Truth from getting out to the public.

      The authorities in the U.S. once had “public service announcements.” Through those, they could tell the public what they thought was true and the public had the choice of listening and agreeing, or saying it was bunk. That is how it should be today.

    • These matters have been addressed; through our First Amendment. Improper speech is addressed properly through more speech. Ideas are proposed and examined. Truth and lies are sorted.

      Hate speech is not a real, tangible entity. Muslims consider hate speech to be quoting their teachings accurately, thus exposing them, while they revere a barbaric, violent text. Hate speech is a chimera that grants crushing power to the unworthy. Addressing an issue openly, honestly, and completely, under the protection of our First Amendment is the only way.

If you are for censorship ,if you are for outrages fines for “hate speech” on line ,if you are for freezing bank accounts for people whose voice goes against government mandates if you are for a social credit system like China vote the Harris Walz ticket and most progressives in the democratic party. They are the new brown shirts in my opinion who are at this point looking to do a soft revolution to do away with free speech ,free enterprise. ,THey sow hate themselves with this make projecting the whole America system is all victimizer and victim ” ‘ a whole new caste system based on the level of victimhood according to skin color ,religion , sexual preference ,and imaged hurt feeling ,DEI based hiring and promotions in employment .Vote Harris so this country can become thousands different tribes fighting with each other over who is the biggest victim of past wrongs from 100,200,a thousand years ago .
