She is a Western woman, so she may get justice. If she had been a Pakistani Muslim woman, she would have had to produce four male Muslim witnesses attesting to the rape, or she would be imprisoned. This is based on the Qur’an:
“And those who accuse honorable women but do not bring four witnesses, lash them eighty times and never accept their testimony, they indeed are evildoers…” (Qur’an 24:4)
“Why didn’t they produce four witnesses? Since they do not produce witnesses, they indeed are liars in the sight of Allah.” (Qur’an 24:13)
The four witnesses requirement arises, at least according to Islamic tradition, from the incident in which Aisha was accused of adultery and was about to be stoned to death, until Muhammad received these revelations requiring four witnesses.

Samaa TV reported that the woman was found abandoned on the street, her hands bound behind her back. Nearby residents alerted the police, who responded promptly and rescued her.
The woman told the authorities that multiple men had assaulted her over five days. Preliminary investigations corroborated her account. Based on her statement, the police apprehended a suspect named Tameezuddin.
Following the filing of the case, the woman was taken to a hospital for a physical examination to evaluate her injuries.

Pakistan Today reported that the man was apprehended at his home by Aabpara police officers. Tamizuddin, during his interrogation, contended that the woman was mentally unstable and lacked personal identification and travel documents at the time of the incident….
Dawn reported that police officials told the outlet that they received information about a woman, who had been abandoned on the roadside in Sector G-6/1-3. When a police team reached the spot, they were faced with a young woman in her mid-20s.
She introduced herself as a Belgian citizen and told police she arrived in Islamabad around six months ago. She claimed that she had been living with a man and alleged that he had repeatedly raped her….

The woman may be imbalanced as she is living in Pakistan with a Muslim which I bet is against law in Pakistan. Gullible more than imbalanced is more the case. We are not living in a world where “free thinkers” like this woman can live their lives freely and in safety. That is unfortunately the case and must be taken into account when you cay life decisions. I feel very sorry for her and hope no permanent mental injury was done to her. But you must be prudent. Muslims cannot be trusted to behave in a human way.
