The owner of pickup truck whose menacing antisemitic exterior horrified Williamsburg residents is owned by a speed-demon scofflaw brazenly using fake plates to avoid tickets, records show.
The souped-up Ford-150 was slammed with 51 traffic summonses from October 2020 to May 2 – including being caught on camera 18 times speeding in school zones and four times running red lights, according to a Post analysis of city records.
The vehicle’s owner – identified as Jose Littef, 21, by his half-brother – was slapped with $3,622 in fines and late fees for the summonses and currently owes $551.94 – including $226.94 on three speed cam summonses in default judgment racking up additional fees.
The black truck’s disturbing exterior includes images of bullet holes, splattered blood and bloodstained handprints – which some might see as a symbol of the infamous Ramallah lynching of 2000, where two Israeli reservists were savagely killed by a murderous mob.
Since The Post broke the news about the truck two weeks ago, residents said they have not seen it return to the neighborhood.
But for months, the truck illegally parked near the corner of North 4th Street and Bedford Avenue in the heart of the hipster haven and Jewish neighborhood, displaying no registration and inspection stickers and sporting a fake “ghost” plate reading “OH GAZA.”…

I have read that fake or otherwise illegible plates are an increasingly large problem in NYC. Overload the police, release or refuse to prosecute criminals, refuse to report crime stats even as the city manipulates them, jam the city with untrackable illegals, promote the idea that police are the only real problem; all coming to other locales if these people are not stopped. Local government here is acting in other ways directly counter to residents’ interests and this will cost our community for decades to come.

The mayor of NYC is under investigation for alleged crimes. The governor of NY has been known to flout the Law. The pretender to the Oval Office is a lawbreaker; the vp worked to get bail money for criminals, and some whom she helped to get out committed murder…
What can anyone expect when those who are ‘in charge’ of running the government are all lawbreakers, a.k.a. criminals?

Since they know to whom the truck belongs, they should put out an arrest warrant instead of just expecting the ghoul/terrorist to show up to pay traffic fines. His truck could be impounded and sold to recover the costs he has racked up. Those in charge don’t seem to care enough to do their jobs properly.
We live in a lawless society; just as Jesus Christ foretold we would nearly 2000 years ago. Lawlessness is a part of the “sign.”

The truck has phony plates lacks proper registration stickers , just impound the truck when it is left unattended in the street .NYC traffic cops(the Brownes they are call because of their brown uniform that is their only job traffic enforcement)tow thousands of cars and trucks daily. The city make good money having people pay tickets ,towing fees and storage .money .It has been a money making hidden tax in NYC for at least 4 decades .What they are scared of just tow this truck if it left unattended on the street? Legal in NYC if you have three or more unpaid traffic tickets they can tow your car if left unattended on a public street no questions asked .Between the towing fee ,tickets ,storage at the impound lot it could cost over 400 dollars to get it back at least. With this truck owning over 4k in fines ,it is park on a public street what is the problem? Many of the brownes are of the as you say in England of “South Asia ” extraction ,maybe that is the problem.
