In yet another case of a horrific crime against Hindu children by Muslims in India, a 3-year-old girl from the Umargam area of Gujarat’s Valsad became the target of a perverted Muslim pedophile, one who was her father’s close friend.
The accused, identified as Ghulam Mustafa, has now been booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act for raping the 3-year-old girl. The victim hails from a poor Hindu family, engaged in doing menial labor work in the Deohar area. As per reports, before executing the appalling crime, the accused, Ghulam Mustafa, intoxicated his Hindu friend by encouraging him to consume alcohol till he lost consciousness. The child was playing in the vicinity when her father was getting drunk. After assuring that the girl’s father was no longer in a position to safeguard his daughter, Mustafa took her to the bathroom and started sexually assaulting her. The girl’s mother was also nearby and noticed the girl was missing. She began searching for the child and found Ghulam Mustafa committing the heinous act. She screamed aloud, which prompted the accused to flee the crime scene.
The minor victim was found in critical condition and was rushed to the hospital. On Tuesday, August 27, the victim’s family filed a complaint at the Umargam police station. The incident sparked massive public anger, and protests erupted throughout the Valsad region. Several Hindu organizations also came out in support of the victim; people in large numbers gathered at the Umargam Police Station, demanding swift action and the immediate arrest of the accused in this case. The police rushed into action and caught Mustafa in Maharashtra’s Palghar, where he had attempted to flee via train to his native town in Jharkhand. “The offence has been registered under POCSO and BNS (Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita) sections as per the complaint filed by the girl’s parents. The accused is a friend of the girl’s father,” said the Superintendent of Police, Karanraj Vaghela
Several contingents of security personnel had to be deployed in the area to pacify the protesting citizens, informing them about the arrest of the accused and that he would be brought back to the town soon. But it was difficult to convince the protestors, who called for the death penalty for the accused. A bandh, a total shutdown of business, has been called in the Umargam area.
The police have conducted a medical examination of the victim at the Valsad Civil Hospital and have formed a Special Investigation Team to probe the case.
Though this incident has aroused enormous angst among the locals, this is not a one-of-a-kind crime in India. Chances are that the public outrage will soon simmer down, and this case will fade from public memory, if not be totally erased.
The Indian judiciary has been extending kindness to rapists who come from Islamic backgrounds. Though there is a provision of the death penalty for those convicted of sexual crimes on minors under the POCSO act, there have been instances of judges going softer on Muslim convicts.
Earlier this year, the Orissa High Court attracted acute backlash for commuting the death sentence of Shaikh Asif Ali, who was convicted of raping and murdering a 6-year-old only because he performed the namaz five times a day.
One of the most infamous cases involving a perpetrator of a similar background was the communing of the death sentence of Mohd Firoz because the Indian apex court believed that “every sinner has a future.” Mohd Firoz was convicted of raping and murdering a 4-year-old. The mother of the victim contended: “My little daughter, who was deceitfully kidnapped, brutally raped and viciously murdered by Mohd Firoz, also had a future.” Still, her plea fell on the deaf ears of the authorities who control India’s secular institutions.
In another recent case, a 14-year-old girl was gang-raped on her way back from school on Thursday, August 22, in Assam Nagaon district. One of the primary accused, identified as 24-year-old Tafazul Islam, was arrested on Friday, August 23, while the other two have reportedly fled. Tafazul Islam tried to escape police custody and jumped into a pond. Instead, he died of drowning, and his body was recovered by State Disaster Response Force personnel soon afterward.
India is a densely populated country, and rapes are on the rise. But is this a general problem, or is it a demography-based problem? Is there a pattern in the rapists’ thought processes? A shared identity? What is the ratio of rapists to their religious backgrounds? While criminals can hail from all backgrounds, is the Indian government maintaining a record that can help officials see the correlations?
While speaking in the Assembly on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, discussing the law-and-order situation in the state in the aftermath of the rape of a 14-year-old girl in Nagaon, state chief minister Hemanta Biswa Sarma said, he that wouldn’t let “Miya Muslims” take over the state. This brief remark says a great deal.

Make a public example of Ghula Mustafa, the pedophile. Back in midevil times people were put into a device that held them in place by putting their hands and head into the device and left standing and the people could serve justice upon them & there was nothing they could do to escape.
After looking at some midevil torture equipment There are some that would do this pedophile justice for raping a 3 year old child as a warning to other Muslim’s thinking of raping a child, teen or adult women.
Then again the process of elimination sounds good too.

Castration seems to be census on what to do with a pedophile. There is only one way to protect a child from pedophiles, death. Just because you castrate a man does not mean he won’t hurt a child in other ways. What about women(real women not trannies) pedophiles, what would you do with them as they don’t have a penis? Again only one solution to protect children, however before any action make sure the person is actually guilty and not just here say by a bitter wife or girlfriend.
