Islamic tradition states that Muhammad took Safiyya bint Huyayy as one of his wives right after he had her husband and father murdered, and destroyed her community. Hamas is following in the footsteps of the founding figure of Islam.

Former hostage Moran Stella Yanai shared in an interview on Sunday that her Hamas kidnappers demanded a ransom for her release and tried to push her to convert to Islam.
In an interview at an N12, former hostage Moran Stella, who was released on November 29 last year, said that during her captivity by Hamas terrorists, they demanded her father pay for her release, threatening to kill her if he refused, Stella told the interviewers….
“Almost daily one of them would enter the room, saying ‘Would be better for you to be a Muslim woman,’ and once the terrorist sent one of his comrades to get a head covering to put on me, and show me what it means to be a Muslim woman,” Stella further shared with N12.
Stella also said that occasionally her captors would bring a Quran to read verses to her, demanding she praised God, and saying, “If you would convert to Islam we will release you sooner,” she shared with N12, citing her captors.
“As a woman, my biggest fear is being sold. That someone with forcefully marry me and that I will have to convert to Islam,” Stella emphasized. She further stressed that the entire experience was traumatizing to her family….

In countries all over the world, Islam is forcing women to convert and then sell them into sex slavery (marriage). She was right to resist, as once you’ve converted, they own you. Poor hostages with starvation, physical and mental torture.

If you convert to Islam, you will be married to an Islamic jihadist, then you will have to satisfy his sexual list every time he wants, if you don;t obey, he will beat you without mercy. And, if he get bored with you, he will divorce you with one word said three times, so you will have to be a begger on street hoping somebody will throw you some money and not getting raped.
The only difference between an infidel and an Islamic convert is as an infidel, you will be raped, as a convert, you are not raped only you are forced to satisfy his lust otherwise you will be beaten. Basically no difference at all.

There is an article about how the great medieval Jewish sage Maimonides was able to have the Jews of Yemen, who had been forcibly converted, revert to their original faith. It sets a precedent that shows conversion to Islam can be unwound.
