But he wasn’t. Maybe German authorities just don’t have the manpower to carry out all of their deportation orders. Or maybe they don’t want to appear “Islamophobic.” It’s likely that at least some people in the relevant offices believe that it would be a terrible thing to send a “refugee” back to a place where he might be in danger. They’d prefer that the German people be the ones who suffer. At the Solingen Festival of Diversity, they did.
“Solingen attacker was to be deported – but had never been noticed by the police,” translated from “Solingen-Attentäter sollte abgeschoben werden – war polizeilich aber noch nie aufgefallen,” by Tim Röhn and Ibrahim Naber, Welt, August 25, 2024:
The suspected Solingen attacker, who came to Germany as an asylum seeker from Syria, was to be deported in 2023. WELT learned this from official circles. His asylum application had previously been rejected.
As WELT learned, the suspected Solingen attacker was to be deported to Bulgaria in early 2023. However, Issa Al H. then went into hiding for months – until he reappeared in Solingen.
The Syrian Issa Al H., who is said to have carried out a knife attack in Solingen on Friday that left three people dead, was to be deported from Germany last year. His asylum application had previously been rejected. WELT learned this from official circles. There is no official confirmation so far.
As WELT learned, the authorities had already set a deportation date – Al H., who lives in Paderborn at the beginning of 2023, was to be deported to Bulgaria. He had previously entered the European Union there. According to the Dublin rules, the state that an asylum seeker first enters is responsible for the asylum procedure.
Although the deportation had already been scheduled, it did not happen. According to WELT information, Issa Al H. could not be found, disappeared and only reappeared several months later. The deportation was therefore no longer necessary for the time being, and the Syrian was “redistributed” to Solingen, as the authorities put it.
According to official documents available to WELT, the man, who was born on January 20, 1998 in Deir ez-Zor, Syria, lived there until recently in a refugee home in the city center. He had never come to the attention of the police before the Solingen crime he was accused of. H. had no previous convictions and had never been suspected of extremism to date.
Issa Al H. turned himself in to a police patrol in Solingen on Saturday evening and said he was the wanted man. He is in police custody. He is now being investigated on suspicion of membership in the terrorist militia Islamic State (IS). The suspect was brought before an investigating judge at the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe on Sunday.
The suspect spent the night in a cell at the Solingen police station. Special forces took him to a vehicle on Sunday afternoon, as a drone image shows. He was then flown to Karlsruhe by helicopter.
The terrorist militia Islamic State (IS) also claimed responsibility for the attack on Saturday evening. The attacker was an IS member and carried out the attack out of “revenge for Muslims in Palestine and elsewhere,” according to a statement from the IS mouthpiece Amak. The attack was aimed at a “group of Christians.”

I guess when enough people have been slaughtered by Islamist, the German govt will get off their butt and start deporting. But don’t hold your breath.

How many have been the same…supposed to be deported, but never was….and innocent people die?
OT from the UK….many sources for the account of arson/murders
“Mohammed Shabir, 44, of Alice Street, Keighley, and Calum Sunderland, 25, of Calton Street, Keighley, have both been charged with four counts of murder and one count of attempted murder.”
This story is about a young mother and her three small children being burned to death in their home. Other people are under arrest or suspicion for the arson/murders. No reason has yet been promulgated for the murders.

Diversity these days means getting stabbed by a person not of your racial or religious group.
