“The government has failed us”
The contrast between Israel taking out Fuad Shukr, a top Hezbollah leader, wanted for the Marine Corps Barracks bombing in Beirut which killed 241 U.S. military personnel, and Biden is cutting a deal with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the 9/11 mastermind, is a compelling indictment. But it was also inevitable.
One of the obsessions of this administration, like that of the Obama administration, was shutting down Gitmo and dismantling the last remains of the War on Terror.
Biden has sidelined 9/11 memorials and was freeing terrorists from Gitmo at a furious pace. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and a few other terrorists who couldn’t just be sent off to Africa or Eastern Europe were standing in the way. I was writing about the plot within the Biden administration two years ago.
Biden recently released Mohammed al-Qahtani, the 20th 9/11 hijacker, and Zuhail al-Sharabi, another hijacker for an expanded version of the 9/11 attacks from Guantanamo Bay, so it’s only fitting that he’s trying to cut a plea deal with the mastermind of the attacks.
But in 2009, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his fellow terrorists had already entered their “Islamic” response to the charges against them which declared that “killing you and fighting you, destroying you and terrorizing you” are “considered to be great legitimate duty in our religion.”
Terrorism, the Islamic response explained, was an “offering” to Allah. It described the “blessed 11 September operation” as “our military attack”.
That’s an official confession without any duress whatsoever.
In 2023, I noted that, “Last week thousands of 9/11 families signed a letter asking Biden not to cut a deal with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed: the Al-Qaeda mastermind of the attacks and many others.”
Biden boycotted the 9/11 ceremony. And assuming he even shows up this September, it’ll be to mumble something about his son and boast about having ended all the wars. He exploited and abused 9/11 families.
And his only reason for holding off on saving Khalid Sheikh Mohammed’s life was the upcoming election. Now that he doesn’t have to worry about that anymore, the deal with the devil is done.
The alleged mastermind of the Sept. 11 terror attacks and two other terrorists being held on Guantánamo Bay will be spared the death penalty under a deal with prosecutors, it was revealed Wednesday.
The announcement came as a bitter pill to swallow for victims’ families who have anxiously awaited the conclusion of the case for nearly 24 years — many of whom felt death was the only appropriate punishment for the perpetrators of the heinous attacks.
“I am very disappointed. We waited patiently for a long time. I wanted the death penalty — the government has failed us,” Daniel D’Allara, whose twin brother, John, was one of 23 NYPD cops killed the day of the attacks, told The Post.
Retired cop Kathy Vigiano, wife of NYPD Det. Joseph Vigiano, who was killed on 9/11, said: “I am angry and disappointed that enemy combatants who killed thousands of Americans in our homeland are now able to exploit the US judicial system to their benefit, receiving support from American taxpayers for shelter, food, and healthcare for the rest of their lives.”
Biden betrayed America. As did his former boss. Their sympathies were always with the enemy. Never with us. Now that there’s no more election to worry about, he’s going to show even more of his true self.

Some of us, perhaps many of us, knew this would come. It was just a matter of time; time that the beasts were living, eating, reading their evil book of demon filth, and *preying* (they don’t really pray) that Jews and Christians are all murdered by their fellow mozlums.
The “plea deal” will allow them to continue. It is not any form of Justice as they are murderers and if they escaped, they would continue in their murderous ways.
However, True Justice will come. And the time for that is moving swiftly forward.

Fully agree, James. I disagreed w/ capturing him even at the time, even though it was for the purposes of extracting more information. In the process, our troops got grief for “torturing” them, be it waterboarding, playing loud rap or anything else
Looking at it politically now, I think it was Biden’s bid to sabotage Kamala’s chances, so that when she loses, he’ll have the satisfaction of mocking those who thought that removing him would improve the chances of the Dems. We generally see the worst instincts of a president or governor, when they use their last days to release pretty vile criminals

An absolutely disgraceful decision. Which is why, back in the day too, I wanted the US to have a “Take no prisoners” policy. Obama did it right the way he took out Osama: the instructions to the Seal Team was to kill him, not capture him. Same thing should have been done to KSM when he was captured: he should not have been held for more information, which could have been extracted from his underlings as well
A day will come when he’ll become a professor at Harvard or Columbia or some other Ivy League school

On the contrary it is short term gain for long term pain. That is what too many Western leaders have been doing with predictable results. Total surrender is what we’re witnessing.
The only way it makes sense is as if some shady deal making is going on behind the scenes whereby the Brotherhood is making deposits into accounts in offshore tax havens (…)

Who is B.O.’s handler, and on whose behalf does that person work, is a broader and more important question.
Biden is cutting a deal because Islam does not tolerate a Muslim allowing a Muslim to be executed by a non-Muslim. In addition, considering Biden’s massive corruption, it is possible the Muslims “have the goods” on him and . are blackmailing him into his various disgusting actions.
