New in PJ Media:
Brett Eagleson, whose father was killed in the jihad attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, was happy to hear that Biden regime Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin had unexpectedly revoked the sweetheart plea deal that would have taken the death penalty off the table for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM), one of the masterminds of those attacks, and some of his henchmen. Eagleson, along with a large number of other Americans, believes that Mohammed should indeed get the death penalty — unless he wants it, which doesn’t seem to be the case. It’s an odd situation, but Eagleson is right.
Eagleson heads up an organization called 9/11 Justice, which speaks up for survivors of 9/11 and people who are, like Eagleson himself, relatives of those who were killed in the attacks. TMZ reported Tuesday that he “wants to see the Al Qaeda terrorists and KSM rot in prison if they are hoping to die for the cause — but he wants them dead if they are hoping for a cushy life behind bars.”
Eagleson has a point. If Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his fellow jihadis were fully committed to the beliefs that led them to plot the murder of nearly three thousand people, they would have welcomed the death penalty. This is because the Qur’an promises a place in paradise to those who “kill and are killed” for Allah (9:111) and guarantees of a place in paradise are hard to find in the Qur’an.
This verse has become in the modern age the rationale for suicide bombing. The renowned medieval Islamic scholar Ibn Kathir explains the passage this way: “Allah states that He has compensated His believing servants for their lives and wealth—if they give them up in His cause—with Paradise.” Another revered scholar, Ibn Juzayy, adds significantly that this verse’s “judgment is general to every believer doing jihad in the way of Allah until the Day of Rising.”
If KSM believes that, and he certainly seems to, why didn’t he jump at the chance to get the death penalty? Once in paradise, he would have gotten to enjoy carnal delights with the famed seventy-two virgins for all eternity.
An Islamic tradition depicts Muhammad saying: “There is no one whom Allah will admit to Paradise but Allah will marry him to seventy-two wives, two from houris and seventy from his inheritance from the people of Hell.” (Sunan Ibn Majah, vol. 5, book 37, no. 4337). Yes, that’s right: this Islamic tradition says that seventy of the famed seventy-two virgins are actually women who have been sent to hell and are serving their sentence by acting as sex slaves for the men in paradise. So apparently what is paradise for the men is hell for the women.

Well isn’t that ironic.
So where do the other two women come from?
The government should allow Christian and Jewish preachers to convert the terrorists.
But yeah, why haven’t they just dared and encouraged the government to kill them?
Personally, I can’t see spending the money to babysit them for the next 30 or 40 years.

If they had really wanted to die, they would have been on the planes or they would have found a way to be inside the buildings when they collapsed.
They want to go on living, at the expense of all of their living victims and the rest of the taxpayers who feed and clothe them.
They don’t want to die, so put them to death for murdering all of those innocent people and leaving the victims’ loved ones to grieve..
It’s too bad that they can’t be put to death over and over for each person they murdered. Put them in the chair and turn on the electricity.

somehistory,
Khalid Sheikh Mohammed – and his fellow jihadis – should have been executed YEARS AGO.
I can’t believe that we’re still “debating” about these turds.
somehistory says
Yes, James, justice has been delayed more than two decades.

The families of the people who had been murdered by the jihadists of al Qaeda of September 11,th 2021 are right and just to want KSM and those other demonic jihadist heads who masterminded 9/11 to be executed. The death penalty is what those malicious and evil jihadist chief organizers should receive.
As for the subject of Capital Punishment and those who go outside a protest against the state government using of the death penalty and holding up signs show the words printed on them “Thou shall not kill”, those four words which are the sixth commandment , Exodus 20:13. are taken form the AUTHORIZED KING JAMES VERSION translation of the Bible of the Ten Commandments . By and large the A.K.J.V.is a good translation yet not a perfect one. For Jewish and Christian scholars who understand the original Hebrew which the Old Testament , some call it the “Older Testament “, of the Bible which was first written in Hebrew, the point the those scholars will inform all who are willing to listen that the word was “Murder”” and not “Kill” in the original Hebrew of which the First Old Testament was written.
There is a vast different between those two words “Killing “and “murder “, for example a dictionary definition of the word “Murder” is “the unlawful and malicious act of killing another person.” In contrast “Killing is defined as “To put to death or to slay”
So the anti-capital punishment people who quote Exodus 20:13 in the A.K.J. V. might also look up that same specific verse in the NEW KING JAMES VERSION and see how it’s put right by reading “ You shall not murder” For in the very next chapter in Exodus 21:12 it reads “He who strikes man so that he dies shall surely be put to death.”
Further, in the New Testament the Bible reader in Roman 13:1-4 that not only are governmental law enforcement forces are ordained by God to hold back and stop the Muslim terrorist or criminal and wicked activities by evil and dangerous men. This also this may extent to the criminal courts which h included punishment for the evil doer. If the Bible student examines more closely the specific verse number four he or she will discover that the scripture even refers to the government executor as type of minister of God to punish such men.
Be the evil chief masterminds of 9/11 , in the light of the Bible, should be put to death.
In conclusion the people who use their constitutional right to speak out against capital punishment do and should have the right of freedom of speech and expression to let other know how they feel on the subject of capital punishment. Nevertheless they either don’t know or do know but couldn’t care less that they are misusing the Bible in quoting Exodus 20:13 out of context.
Some of the anti –capital punishment feel might feel real righteous and pious by quoting that single verse out of the whole Bible , still in spite of the “pious emotions” some of them might have ,they are still misusing the Bible.
In addition to all this, the Bible in is written “Whoever kills any man shall surely be put to death.” Leviticus 24:17 [N.K.J.V.]

Life in prison is fare greater and more painful punishment to a devout Muslim than death.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
Not if they’ll get the opportunity to perform prison dawa
Frank Anderson says
We agree. Removing that second-tier Islamic reward is still better than giving the highest, 72 Virgins and young boys like pearls. The other problem is that “life in prison” in the US is no guarantee that death will follow.

They are given the food they want, they have dirty carpets and their book of evil filth and they can ‘preach’ their evil to others. If their wives….however many they have…can *visit*…what more do they need?
mozlums don’t really want to die.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
I hate to disagree w/ Brett Eagleson, but I do. Whether those plotters want it or not shouldn’t make a difference, any more than the islamic rule of whether the relatives of the victims of a killing want the murderer forgiven or not. It’s worth remembering that all the major players in 9/11 – Osama, Mohammed Atef, Ayman al Zawahiri, KSM, Ramzi bin al Sheeb, Abu Zubaida….. did not voluntarily turn themselves in so that they could be executed, but were captured or killed
The best end to those Gitmo detainees still there would be to get the death penalty, send that famous Florida electric chair Sparky to Gitmo, execute them there, but after that, do not follow any islamic norms about what’s to be done w/ cadavers. Instead, cremate them fully until they are fully ash, fly them somewhere deep in the Atlantic, and scatter their ashes there. Leave no shrine for jihadists past, present or future at where to pay homage
somehistory says
As long as Florida gets Sparky back, ok.

To both of you, actually old sparky was retired from Raiford Prison in the late 99’s/early 2000’s because of malfunctioning and executions are now done by lethal injection at Starke Prison. But yes, I get the point,

Is this useless government hoping that they will die of old age? I want them EXECUTED, and I want it NOW! Why are these filth still alive?
OLD GUY says
Why in the hell is it taking 23 years to confit and carry out the sentence? Our Justice system has become nothing but a gravel train for lawyers. We the tax payers pay for everything in these cases.
