Anti-Israel groups are seeking to mobilize a heavy presence in Washington, DC for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s July 24 congressional address, threatening him with arrest.
“Surround the US Capitol and issue a notice of citizen’s arrest for Netanyahu for crimes against humanity,” said the Shut It Down for Palestine coalition.
Beyond the coalition’s main members, which include the Palestinian Youth Movement (PYM), National Students for Justice in Palestine, the Act Now to Stop War and End Racism Coalition (Answer), the People’s Forum, and Al-Awda: The Palestine Right to Return Coalition, almost 200 groups have endorsed the rally next Wednesday.
American Muslims for Palestine, the Arab Resource and Organizing Center, Code Pink, the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights, the US Palestinian Community Network, and the Jewish Voice for Peace were listed as conveners.Anti-Israel groups across the United States have called for “national mobilization” toward Washington, DC.
The Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL) and the Virginia and West Virginia chapters called for supporters to join them for a train ride to the capitol, and PYM Los Angeles called on members to fly to DC. Answer Coalition has a section on its website curating bus charters from 27 locations.
Further, the People’s Forum NYC posted advertisements calling on anti-Israel activists to “walk out of work” for the event….

The ICC needs to go the way of all supra national organizations that claim the right to order citizens of sovereign nations about. The UN cannot claim moral superiority over anyone because they have an agenda not a moral code. Some of the the soldiers they have used were child predators. Never any prosecutions. One group of African UN Muscle (Brains excused) crapped in the river supplying water to the town they were protecting and caused a cholera outbreak. The UN and thus the ICC now have an agenda that is pretty far to the left of soviet Russia. This is clearly exemplified by their dictats which totally ignore existing US Law, the constitution, bill of rights and accepted civil rights in the USA. A US government funding or condoning ANY UN activity needs to be deposed as soon as possible.

Netanyahu can conduct a meeting with Slow Joe just as effectively over a secure Zoomlike teleconference. He should not give lame duck Biden the prestige of his company.

If Netanyahu’s visit can make Biden stick around so he can insult him behind closed doors but also be the Democrat candidate and face Trump in the greatest Republican Presidential victory , then that alone would be worth Netanyahu’s visit.

Many of these terrorists are not *citizens,* so they are not authorized to issue a citizens’ arrest.
Also, an arrest can only be made if the crime is actually *witnessed* by the citizen.
And, the person making a citizen’s arrest, can in fact, be in their own legal trouble…false arrest, false imprisonment, kidnapping….and the citizen making the arrest has no immunity such as officials have from civil liability.
