NYC: Muslim taxi driver caught on video beheading Jesus statue and spitting on it

A statue of Jesus is not an “unbeliever,” but it is an expression of unbelief from an Islamic standpoint: an affirmation of belief in the divinity of Christ and the Incarnation, both anathema to Islam.

A NYC taxi driver was hit with a hate crime for allegedly beheading a statue depicting a young Jesus outside a Queens Catholic church, prosecutors said.

Jamshaid Choudhry, 44, of Hollis, was arrested Thursday night and charged with criminal mischief as a hate crime and other related crimes for allegedly decapitating the statue outside of the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church in Fresh Meadows on June 30.

The twisted, caught-on-camera tantrum began casually.

A sacrilegious scoundrel driving an SUV taxi pulled up to the front of the church around 5:30 a.m. and calmly crossed the street, before removing a shoe and charging toward white marble statues of Mary, Joseph and Jesus, according to police and footage released by the Diocese of Brooklyn.

The taxi driver swatted the heads of Mary and Joseph with his shoe, then turned his attention to Jesus and hacked at its head until it went spinning to the ground, the footage shows. He also allegedly spit on the religious statue, prosecutors said.

The suspect is then seen calmly walking off, shoe still in hand….

    • We know he’s Muslim, but I didn’t read anything that said he wasn’t a citizen. That would make a big difference. If he’s not – then yes, toss his arse out of our country. I don’t care what religion a person is – but if you want to change our country to suit “outsiders” then it’s time to say “no more”. Stop trying to be so darn inclusive – if they want to come here and assimilate, then fine, but if you want to make our country into the hellhole you came from, then go back home.

  2. This crime made the news, briefly, but I had not seen any follow-up accounts. Didn’t really expect to. Will he be found to be ‘mentally’ something or other? Will he be found guilty of a crime and sentenced to something?

    Some of the crimes committed by mozlums just seem to disappear. Like the one in Colorado where ten people were murdered at a grocery store. Is the perp still in the mental facility?
    And the more recent one where a young girl was raped and the police kept it secret for as long as they could before even making it known to the public.

    This taxi driver is dangerous to any infidels he has in his car; esp so with young women. What will they do with him?

    • Wonder if CNN(or any of the other associated channels) has or if ever would report the above story?

      • I don’t recall which site had the initial story….I read a lot of FOX headlines, accounts and listen to some video. But, I only saw it once.

        I can say it was probably not on cnn where I saw it. And I have not seen any follow up, except for this NYP story reported here.

        Most sources don’t tell us much about mozlums….except for some I’ve seen where they are crying and whining, or some try to make us feel good about them.
        There was one story about two mozlums , man and wife, who went to mecca and died in the heat. I saw that over and over for about a week. It was a pity party story.

  3. I wonder if he’ll actually face punishment. Interfaith dialogue…. isn’t that what the liberal church demands nowadays? You know, a small fine, perhaps cleaning the rectory every day for two hours and listening to lectures about interfaith harmony?

  5. Before accepting a ride taxi, Uber, etc., check the operator’s nameplate.

    If it’s an islamic sounding name, don’t get it.

      Unfortunately, in some places, like Northern Virginia, the only Uber/Lyft drivers that one often finds are muslim ones. Forget US citizens, even non-muslim immigrants hardly take these jobs

      The only time I’ve used Lyft (I don’t use Uber) has been when going to the airport, or when I had to be dropped to or from hospital & couldn’t drive myself. Otherwise, it’s always my own car that I use

        From what I have heard anecdotally, I think that the Medallion Taxi drivers are better screened than either Lyft or Uber.

      • I don’t drive. In this area, at least, most Uber drivers appear to be Infidels–at least for now. But many cab drivers are Muslim, and that accounts for the majority of them in San Francisco across the bay from me.

  6. Just make a deduction from our support of the UN for every act of Muslim violence to repair the damage and to make a statement. Start a list of the hate crimes etc… done in the name of Islam. Identify the religious texts that condone the violence so there is no mistaking the doctrinal cause. If the UN does nothing they will be soon be out of jobs. Instated of jizyah we will call it hayzij.

  9. In Wakefield, West Yorkshire, England an Autistic child accidentally dropped and scuffed the Muslim holy book Quran and these Muslims went ballistic saying the child needs to be punished for insulting the Prophet Muhammad.
    The child became terrified and the mother was forced to make a public apology.

    Elsewhere in West Yorkshire a teacher is in hiding through the fear of being harmed by Muslims.

    Britain is being ruled by Islam because we have a weak Government and leadership. Even the leadership of the Church of England is weak and capitulates to Islam

  11. A couple of posts here exclaim to throw them out of the country. Muslims should first be vetted before allowing them to migrate to any Western World country. Imagine inviting your murderers into your house. That’s exactly what the West is doing!

    • Angelo: true, but a lot of thrm practise taqiyya and shamelessly lie.

      As for vetting them for criminal records, a lot of them may not have such records even though they may have committed crimes in their home countries or elsewhere outside the U.S.

      Moreover, many of the ones who commit crimes against non-Muslims (in countries like Pakistan, for example) may not even be given criminal records, because often the local authorities don’t even charge them with crimes in such instances.

This happen in NYC nothing will happen to the taxi driver ,now if he took down a gay flag or banner from a restaurant he would be charge with a” hate crime” lock up without bail .You have people marching shouting from the river to the sea and openly threating Jews in board daylight the police do nothing. You have vandalized Christian churches at night nothing will happen ,they will just say he is mental ill ,not even take his drivers license away or stop him from picking up fares By the way left out of the article the church said it would cost over 20k to repair the statue reported in local paper. Why is only “criminal mischief” for over 20k damage done ?

    • I boycott all food cart in Manhattan most are now run by Moslems ,I boycott all Moslem run business I can. I would not trust them with the food I eat or items they sell ,buying from them is like buying something from the Nazis in the 1930s..Anyone whose main idea of their religion is to either enslave me or kill me cannot be trusted not to poison my food ,or hurt or kill my family if they get a chance. Can anyone point out a signal positive thing Islam immigration bring to a non-Moslem tradition country? Self preservation is not a racist mindset ,if you distrust cult followers who want you either dead or enslaved as their end goal in invading your country.

        • All in the negative column. If it concerned a business, and no profit showed for two consecutive quarters, it would stop. And then all things acquired (mozlums) would be sold or sent to the garbage dump as a “loss.”

    The Muslims claim that they hold Isa in high esteem. Their so-called Holy scriptures even include the apocryphal story of Isa, who as a child formed doves of clay and blowing life into them!

    In our Holy Bible we don’t even have anything similar when it comes to Jesus acting out his nature of being true God!

    There is of course nothing Abrahamic about Islam. There is no genealogy connecting Ishmael with the messenger of Allah. If you claim that there is you make Muhammad a liar. He himself said that his parents were pagan and were enjoying themselves for eternity in hell!

  23. In Istanbul, 2 decades ago, I was struck by all the larger than life size marble statues put up by Romans. Especially that each and every one of them had been decapitated and their sex organs hammered off.

    Just appalling–and, as noted, this is *far worse* than just vandalism. What Infidel would be safe riding with this taxi driver? Will the company fire him? Will he be legally prosecuted, then deported if possible? Sadly, I will not be holding my breath…
