Rarely, the issue for some Christians who post here is not that we are all imperiled by devout Muslims acting out what their religion teaches. Instead, they hijack the conversation to talk about Jesus and how Islam differs from what they believe is “the one true religion”.

And, sorry, but billions of others living on our round earth do not accept that yours is the “one true religion” and couldn’t care less what you think your guy said.
Indeed, yours is but one of thousands.
Tightening this up, ALL religions–unless you can prove otherwise–are the concoctions of people who knew then less about the world around them than an average U.S. 7th grade student does today.
Christianity and Islam both promise eternal life as the ultimate goal. In that, there is no difference. That you don’t believe their definition, and they don’t believe yours, does not change that.
