As Islamic Groups Vow Massacres, Paris Olympics Target Christianity

Every Western leftist’s favorite jihad group, Hamas, released a video a few days before the Olympics opened, vowing that there would soon be “rivers of blood flowing through the streets of Paris.”  French police recently arrested two would-be Islamic State (ISIS) jihad suicide bombers who were planning to target the Olympics. The Islamic State also called upon Muslims to carry out drone strikes on the Eiffel Tower during the Olympics. After all that, the Olympics Opening Ceremony featured full-scale, open mockery not of Islam (of course!), but of the religion leftists love to hate: Christianity.

Fox News reported Friday that “numerous drag queens” were “a recurring theme throughout the ceremonies.” A man whom Fox describes as an “ex-transgender influencer,” Oli London, expressed succinctly how the ceremony targeted Christianity: “Olympics openly mocks Jesus’ Last Supper as drag queens dressed as women play the role of disciples while a plus size woman appears in the middle symbolising Jesus wearing a giant crown.”

The reaction was swift. Elon Musk put it mildly: “This was extremely disrespectful to Christians.” Harrison Butker, the NFL player who got in hot water with the left recently by defending traditional and near-universal gender roles, quoted scripture: “‘Be not deceived, God is not mocked. For what things a man shall sow, those also shall he reap. For he that soweth in his flesh, of the flesh also shall reap corruption. But he that soweth in the spirit, of the spirit shall reap life everlasting.’ Galatians 6:7-8.” Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton summed it up: “The transnational Left have contempt for Western civilization.”

That’s certainly true. Roman Catholic Bishop Robert Barron was among those who raised another salient point about what Barron called this “gross mockery of the Last Supper.” He asked: “A question I would pose — we all know the answer to it — Would they ever have dared mock Islam in a similar way? Would they ever have dreamed of mocking, in this gross, you know, public way, a scene from the Qur’an? As I say, we all know the answer to that.”

Yes, we do. The French would never have dared to mock Islam at the Paris Olympics, and the reason for that is abundantly clear to everyone, although few would dare to enunciate it: those who dare to mock Islam risk being killed, while those who follow cultural trends and mock Christianity do not.

Even if, however, Islam carried no death penalty for blasphemy, or there were no Muslims willing to enact that penalty, the leftists who put together the mockery of Christianity at the Paris Olympics would recoil in horror at the prospect of subjecting Islam to the same treatment. To do so would be “Islamophobic,” and as far as the contemporary left is concerned, “Islamophobia” is one of the most serious sins anyone can commit.

  1. The way Satan works is alive and well in France at the Paris Olympics. If France thought of the money that would have been made during this time the government and the Olympic committee really missed the ball on that one.

  2. I wonder what islam says about near-naked drag queens, & so on? Also, the mockery of the nativity – will they treat that as an insult to “Prophet Isa”? I think it would be hilarious if the jihadists were the one who took umbrage at all that, and ended up launching an attack on the Olympics, aborting it in the process

    • Islam hates the gay’s but will use them when needed otherwise they throw gay’s off buildings and or as in Iran have gays do the transition to female and become “temporary wives” that is a man marries the person, pays her and then states I divorce you 3x’s. In another words legal prostitution perhaps?

  3. Islam apparently wants another Munich style massacre as in the 1972 Olympics committed by Palestinians. I sure hope French security has been beefed up in response to Muslim threats.

    As for the Drag Queen foolish mockery of the Last Supper, since France is predominantly Christian/Catholic, no wonder there is a backlash.

    I predict these Olympics will be a real DUD, but not because of the athletes.

  4. Jesus warned His disciples about this when He said, “You are no part of the world. If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. But because you are no part of the world, the world hates you.”
    And, He explained that the “world” hated Him first’, and the ‘world would hate His disciples because of His Name.’

    This “hatred by the world” is full-on and the mockery of Christianity on a stage where the entire world can observe it, proves Jesus’ Words.
    The “left” …which group is leading in nearly every nation on earth…hates Christians, and is not shy about making the hatred manifest. They have no fear of retribution and Christians will not be killing anyone who mocks and hates. Or even murders.
    However, the Bible does give advance warning to those ones on the “left.”

      As usual, you expressed the truth with His own words. It appears that God has showed His contempt for the desecration of the birth of His Son, Jesus Christ. The lights in the city of lights disappeared leaving the city in darkness.

  5. They’re saying that this alludes to Greek mythology, The Feast of the Gods. If so, why didn’t they just say that up front, label it as such, etc., instead of all of the pretense about inclusivity. And, if it was about inclusivity, why didn’t they have mohammed riding his flying horse to the Moon or Kali biting human heads off, or Krishna walking on sun beams or the Buddha sitting in a lotus position and Mitt Romney wearing his magic underwear? I mean, seriously?

  6. There is something wrong with drag queens and no one can persuade me otherwise. It’s not as sick as certain other things but it’s sicko enough.

  8. When jihadists kill people, it is the Christians’ fault because they are offending the muslims. The Christians are among the Islamophobes, right?
    So, the left should fight Christianity, not Islam so that muslims don’t execute the left. Probably that is one of the twisted logic of the left.

The moron that put that whole scene together is a homosexual French man who said he wanted it to show the great diversity and inclusion in today’s France but if that was the case then where is the diversity and inclusion when I only see the Christian religion being shown but nothing for the other religions and no heterosexual people at all.
    What exactly did the whole disgraceful disgusting scene have to do Sporting Events plus the other symbols, like the White Horse and the Queen holding her beheaded head in her hands while singing.
