Turkey, like Qatar, is a well-recognized supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood, of which Hamas is a critical offshoot. Turkey is prepared to assist Hamas in meeting its goals: “Turkey’s foreign minister meets Hamas leader in Doha,” by Seth Frantzman, Jerusalem Post, June 10, 2024:

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in Qatar over the weekend. The meeting came as the Turkish official was attending a ministerial meeting focusing on Turkey’s ties with the Gulf Cooperation Council.
Ankara’s current leaders are backers of Hamas and they have hosted the terrorist group’s leaders numerous times, including after the Hamas massacre of October 7.
Back in December, Erdogan warned Israel of a “very heavy price” if any Hamas members were harmed on Turkish soil. So Erdogan intends to allow a safe haven to Hamas operatives in Turkey, and ostensibly to aid the group in other ways as well. In response to Israel’s Shin Bet security agency stating that it would “kill leaders of the Palestinian terror group in every location around the world, including in Lebanon, in Turkey, in Qatar,” Erdogan said:
“They do not know the Turks. They don’t know us… If they commit such a mistake, they should know that they will pay a very heavy price for it”
Erdogan has labeled Israel a “terror state” and is now openly allying with Hamas; yet Turkey remains a member of NATO.
According to NATO’s website, “NATO promotes democratic values and enables members to consult and cooperate on defence and security-related issues to solve problems, build trust and, in the long run, prevent conflict.”
Turkey does not promote a single NATO value. It is, rather, a dangerous Trojan Horse, as it has slowly but willfully rejected secularism and embraced Islam’s political agenda under Erdogan. Turkey was a risky partner for NATO to begin with; it is only in NATO because it made the choice of siding with the free world in World War II for its own benefit. Then in 1950, “Turkey dispatched its troops to support U.S. and United Nations forces repelling North Korea’s attempted invasion of the southern part of the peninsula, an action that won enduring praise from the West.” That’s where the alliance should have ended.
Turkey has evolved to become a Sunni counterpart to Iran. It is a heavy supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) and is ready to aid MB offshoot Hamas to achieve its goals, including the idea that “Hamas governs not just Gaza, but also the Palestinians in general. This is designed to create an image for Hamas that makes it seem like it could one day govern the West Bank as well.” HAMAS is the acronym for Harakat al-Muqawama al-Islamiya (“Islamic Resistance Movement”). It was founded by Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, “a Palestinian cleric who became an activist in local branches of the Muslim Brotherhood.” In the late 1960s, Yassin preached and performed charitable work in the West Bank and Gaza. He went on to establish Hamas as the Muslim Brotherhood’s political arm in Gaza in 1987, right after the first intifada. Hamas states in its covenant of 1988: “Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it.” It also “welcomes every Moslem who embraces its faith, ideology, follows its programme, keeps its secrets, and wants to belong to its ranks and carry out the duty.” This includes those who murder in the way of Allah. In article 15, the Hamas covenant quotes from the Hadith and states: “I swear by the holder of Mohammed’s soul that I would like to invade and be killed for the sake of Allah, then invade and be killed, and then invade again and be killed. (As related by al-Bukhari and Moslem).”
Both Hamas and Turkish leaders have overtly expressed their goal of establishing a global caliphate. For the sake of protecting American and Western interests, Biden should be an unapologetic supporter of Israel in its battle against Hamas, and more broadly, against jihad terror and Sharia expansion. But he is not. The greatest encouragement for jihadists is weakness, and Biden is the epitome of it.

Turkey supporting Hamas is a flag not to support tourism in Turkey or buy Beko kitchen appliances. I don’t want to fund a massacre of the Jewish people or the annihilation of the Jewish State of Israel.

I boycott everything Turkish, which is easy. Even Chobani’s yogurt, which despite being Greek, is owned by a Turkish American, the last I looked. Thankfully, it’s a lot easier, and nothing like boycotting China, which is a steeper climb

I am sure that the citizens of Turkey now totally regret talking the soldiers out of taking over. The leader’s of the coup were trying to prevent exactly what happened. They knew this president was going to go totally Islamic and freedoms they enjoyed would be lost. Turkey use to be friendly towards westerners and many had converted to the real religion of Peace “Christianity.” Yes they could own their live their lives without fear. Now the woman are treated as third class citizens, and they have given their country over to Satan and his demonic religion. I believe the seat of Satan is in Turkey. The President had said Jerusalem would be back in his control, I think he believes himself to be the Mahdi. Maybe he is.

Unfortunately, NATO has no mechanism to expel anyone. Best thing would be the US pulling out of NATO, and others following. As it is, the raison d’etre for NATO ended some 30 years ago, and all it is doing now is prolonging the needless war in Ukraine

I hope I’m wrong but I wouldn’t be at all surprised if Turkey got involved in this conflict. Erdogan is a megalomaniac who has a desire to recreate the Ottoman empire.
Turkey invaded Syria on a Wednesday 24th August 2016, The Ottoman Turks also invaded Syria on a Wednesday 24th August 1516, exactly 500 years to the day. Coincidence I don’t think so. The battle of dabiq sparked the takeover of the middle east and an expansion of the Ottoman empire. I believe Erdogan is waiting for the right opportunity to strike again. I know one thing for certain, he is a very, very dangerous man.

The places the prophet lists, are found in Iran, Turkey, Russia, Syria…
And the nations certainly seem to be lined up for a full-on attack.

Yes, John, without a doubt. Ezekiel didn’t give us a minute by minute, and since Israel has already been attacked from the “north,” to a serious degree, we can watch closely to see if it continues as the prophet wrote.
Many people who are serious about Bible study, are watching it with us. One such man was on Glenn Beck a few days ago. The two men had a very interesting conversation, although short.

I haven’t watched any of his videos yet but I will check them out. Beck once worked for cnn, but they didn’t like the Truth he told, so he went to FOX, and after a time, the same thing happened there. so he has a channel “Blaze TV” and his podcast and radio show.
