When you’re a Democrat in a Democrat city and a Democrat state whose offices get raided, whom do you blame?
“Radical right-wing forces” obviously.
Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao, whose offices were raided by the FBI, whose closest ally and former chief of staff denounced her abuses, and whose lawyer abandoned her, blamed the whole thing on the “radical right wing forces” so prevalent in the city.
“I’m seeking the truth right now just as much as you all are. I will not be bullied and I will not be disparaged and I will not be threatened out of this office,” Sheng Thao said. “There are a lot of radical right-wing forces who know they will never win an election in Oakland fair and square. They know their extreme views are at odds with our Oakland values.”
“Their innocence is presumed until proven guilty. They will never face this indignity. This I know for sure because I was born poor in America. And that teaches you a lot about the world from day one,” the mayor said.
Sheng Thao is reduced to implying that “right-wing forces” somehow suborned the FBI into raiding her. The problem is that the FBI answers to the radical right wing forces of the AG Garland and the Biden administration. If Thao had pulled that stunt during the Trump administration, there would at least have been some logic to the conspiracy theory.
But leftists just know one dumb trick and it’s on display here. Thao is the victim of evil wealthy right wing forces because she grew up poor. Ignore everything else and double down on the identity politics.

Born too poor to have ever been able to afford the opportunity to hear about The Boy Who Cried Wolf, apparently. That’s true poverty. Now that I know, I can feel her pain. She also hasn’t heard that the FBI only targets the right. Maybe it’s not stolen elections she needs, just hearing aids. Or a first grade reading lesson. Or a more relevant drag queen story hour.

Back in the day California was a great state but the population was predominantly white-wing. Right wing is demrat code for white-wing. The demographic changes have been a disaster. The influx of two particular groups is responsible for the state of the state today. Most thinking people can figure out who those two groups are comprised of. My prediction is it will only get worse in California.

And post Vietnam California demrats didn’t want South East Asian refugees coming to California. That is the truth, I was there. That is why her family went to Stockton which back then was a right wing city. No, the refugees didn’t go to Oakland or San Francisco they ended up in right wing cites which were the only ones that would accept them. Damn I hate ingrates.

There has been ill treatment. There’s also sentiment against ABCs (American Born Chinese) directed at them from more recent, wealthier Chinese entrants, and general prejudice against other groups of Asians who entered the US earlier and who are seen as lower class by the same Chinese who are wealthier, more recent entrants. Then there’s the open racism in China, and the actual spying by Chinese in the US. It’s an unequal world, but given the condition of Oakland, I don’t think she has the root problem pegged.

Trump is being harassed by changing laws to fit the man .Book keeping errors that when caught in past misspending of campaign funds(it is still questionable if what he spent was campaign funds ) received a fine bump up to a felony. A real estate mortgage that every bank does it own assessment in this country included this one that was paid back in full with interest made a crime with no party that was defrauded or not paid what was in the contract demanded? A rape victim who say the event happen either in the fall of 1995 or spring of 1996 has waited almost 30 years to make this claim ,the victim cannot name the date ,time ,year ,or season ,The victim claims this happen in the middle of the day in a high end department store she goes to many times a year in midtown Manhattan ,with no evidences ,no witnesses ,no jury because it is a civil trial the judge fines Trump hundreds of millions of dollars. This is evidence of selected prosecution ,I do not know what this mayor is accused of at this point to comment .I do know that Mayor Adams NYC a democrat mayor in a democrat majority state his campaign funds spending started being look into by the FBI when he start to complain about al the illegal aliens taken to NYC from border states had to to pissing off the “big guy” Biden .Mayor Adams shut his mouth and cancel a trip to Washington DC where he was suppose to talk to President Biden about the problems of the flood of “newcomers” or “dreamers” and the price tag the city was saddle with. This happen about 4 month ago the “investigation is still on going. I am not a fan of Adams ,but if you piss off this administration (the Bidens) if you a democrat or a republican they will use the FBI to ruin you if you are an elected official. That is my opinion he has nothing to do with race , or party be it a D or an R ,it is just business like they said in the God father nothing personnel.

There is a Law that fits everyone when used correctly. It’s called the “statute of limitations.”
If….big if, giant if….Mr. Trump committed the *crime* with which he was charged regarding the porn queen, the “statute” had run-out long ago.
This lying, whining criminal in CA committed her crimes and evidently, they are within the statute in her case.

But, so what? Thousands, millions even, babies are born to poor parents.

Some of us have never committed any crimes, and we don’t whine that our problems are the fault of people we don’t like.
