Nerdeen Kiswani Wants a World That is Judenrein

Nerdeen Kiswani is the founder of Within Our Lifetime, a pro-Hamas group that wants to expel “Zionists” not just “from the river to the sea,” with Israel to be replaced by a 23rd Arab state, but wants those “Zionists” — whom she does not distinguish from Jews — to be driven out from everywhere, “in Palestine, NYC, our schools, on the train, ANYWHERE.” More on this genocidal harridan can be found here: “Pro-Hamas Activist Declares: ‘We Don’t Want Zionists In Palestine, NYC, Our Schools, On The Train, Anywhere,’” by Jack Elbaum, Algemeiner, June 21, 2024:

The founder of a radical anti-Israel, pro-Hamas activist group said she does not want Zionists “anywhere” in the world while speaking in defense of a person who called for “Zionists” to leave a crowded subway car in New York City.

That video of pro-Hamas protesters in a crammed New York City subway car, with one of their number leading a chant, has gone viral: “Raise your hands if you are a Zionist.” (“Raise your hands if you are a Zionist”),”This is your chance to get out.” (“This is your chance to get out.”) “Okay, no Zionists. We’re good.” And the police are now looking for this sinister leader of the threatening call-and-response, who is being sought for coercion and hate speech. But for Nerdeen Kiswani, he’s a hero.

Nerdeen Kiswani, the founder of Within Our Lifetime, wrote on Twitter/X on Thursday that “We don’t want zionists in Palestine, NYC, our schools, on the train, ANYWHERE.”

“This is free speech,” she continued, “it is saying we don’t want racists here.”

Zionism refers to the belief that there should be a Jewish state in some part of the land of Israel.

For Kiswani, the very notion that Jews should have a state of their own constitutes “racism.” She feels no need to justify why, alone among the peoples of the earth, Jews should be so deprived. Meanwhile, the Arabs are the most richly-endowed of all peoples, with 22 Arab states. And in many of those states, non-Arab and non-Muslim minorities are oppressed (Copts in Egypt, Assyrians and Chaldeans in Iraq, Berbers in Algeria and Morocco, blacks in the Sudan). Nerdeen Kiswani finds that state of affairs perfectly acceptable.

Kiswani later emphasized that “even believing in the ‘two state solution’ makes you a Zionist whether you realize it or not.” This includes Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, she claims, because “he’s a puppet and doesn’t challenge its [Israel’s] right to exist.”

For Kiswani, anyone who suggests that Israel has a right to exist, even if only within the 1949 armistice lines, with the state stripped of its natural defenses in the Golan and the Jordan Valley, and with a nine-mile-wide waist from Qalqilya to the sea, is a “puppet” of the Zionists. No Israelis consider Mahmoud Abbas to be their puppet. He shares the same goal as Hamas — the ultimate disappearance of the Jewish state — but differs from the terror group in tactics and timing.

Eitan Fischberger, a communications analyst and former Staff Sargent in the Israel Defense Forces, responded to Kiswani’s statement saying “Somebody help me: What do you call it when people want to ethnically cleanse the Jews from everywhere on Earth?”

But Kiswani argued back, “Zionist does not mean Jewish. Most Zionists in the US are Christian.”…

But almost all Jews are Zionists, so when you are attacking Zionists, you are attacking Jews.

In Apil, Kiswani refused to condemn the chant “Death to America,” and after Hamas’s October 7 massacre, she refused to condemn the attack and the terrorist organization.

On October 8, her organization organized a protest to celebrate the prior day’s attack. Within Our Lifetime wrote it was to “defend the heroic Palestinian resistance [Hamas].” 

Kiswani not only refused to condemn Hamas for the atrocities it committed on October 7, but she has repeatedly celebrated those acts as a “heroic Palestinian resistance.”

Then, in May, at a rally, she declared, “Biden is the oldest president in our entire history,” Kiswani said, “He is going to die soon!” It was followed by overwhelming excitement and cheers from her fellow rally-goers.

Why should Nerdeen Kiswani so ardently desire the death of Joe Biden? Because in her view, he has been too supportive of Israel in its campaign to destroy Hamas. Some of us might disagree with her assessment of Biden, but that is a different matter.

Her organization, Within Our Lifetime, was behind the recent protests at the Nova Music Festival exhibit, which was about the more than 300 civilians slaughtered by Hamas while at a music festival….

An exhibit in New York City was meant as a memorial to the nearly 350 people murdered by Hamas at the Nova Music Festival, with photographs of the victims. Nerdeen Kiswani and her brownshirts showed up and tried to disrupt the event, by gathering at the entrance to block those wishing to visit,  and screaming, as is their wont, their hatred for Israel and Israelis, including those massacred at the Nova Festival. Kiswani has described the Nova Festival as a “rave next to a concentration camp” — by “concentration camp” she meant all of Gaza, where there has not been a single Israeli in that “camp” since 2005, and from which those “camp inmates” have launched tens of thousands of rockets into Israel both before, and after, October 7.

None of the other pro-Hamas demonstrators has gone as far as Nerdeen Kiswani. Her expression of antisemitism has been too vile even for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Kiswani has made clear she has not the slightest sympathy for the Israeli victims who were raped, tortured, and murdered by Hamas. She celebrates the terror group, ardently wants it to remain standing so that it may continue its task of destroying the Jewish state. And she wants “Zionists” everywhere — read that as “Jews” everywhere — to be driven out, not just from Israel, but from the subways, the cities, and the homes they inhabit, from “ANYWHERE.”
