Six Russian nationals suspected to have terror ties to ISIS have been arrested in a coordinated sting operation spanning Los Angeles, New York and Philadelphia, The Post can exclusively reveal.
Two ICE sources confirmed to The Post they arrested the six people, who hail from Tajikistan, over the last week after the FBI contacted the agency to warn it.
Two others who were part of the same group were also arrested after being under surveillance for “several months” by a multi-agency Joint Terrorism Task Force, according to NBC.
Part of the investigation featured a wiretap which revealed one of the now-arrested individuals was talking about bombs, the sources said.
The target who was subject to the wiretap was previously released by federal authorities at the southern border with a court date next year, but it has since emerged he has potential ties to ISIS, sources said.

Every video made about conditions at the border, show hordes of humans walking, running, climbing, crawling, swimming…some times sitting, while others mill about…
How does this allow for “vetting”?
And if any of these scum were “vetted,” that just proves “vetting” is worthless. Unless the government sees some “worth” (to those in positions of power) in allowing mozlum terrorists to enter the U.S.

I talked to a deputy sheriff here who was enlisted to help round up illegal border crossers. He was told to just release them as border agents were too swamped. Some he took to a hospital. Others he just let go at Walmart.

I can see that. A few hundred, even a couple of thousand, border guys can’t possibly deal with the tens of thousands coming across at any given moment.
Typing in a name…foreign with strange spelling…takes time, plus any identifying information. I have seen a lot of video, and not one border patrol guy with a computer and a potential perp/criminal trespasser being questioned.
If you, a citizen, went to a new doctor for some reason, you would be filling out forms, etc. which takes a few minutes. If you wanted a job, a background check for crimes and drug use would take a couple of weeks.
Filling out a computer screen so as to do a background check, takes longer, and longer still for a complete background report on someone from another country.
Is the government claiming the trespasser and border guy are sitting in the weeds for a few weeks waiting? They don’t address that.
