Harvard slammed for ‘false equivalence’ between antisemitism and ‘anti-Muslim and anti-Arab’ bias

The left’s longtime efforts to shut down criticism of Islam are now being extended to those who reveal the truth about the Palestinian “resistance.” Hamas is the reason for the war in Gaza that is resulting in massive Palestinian casualties, as Hamas jihadis continue to hide among civilian populations. The casualties stemming from this justified war cannot be compared in any way to the barbarism that was intentionally inflicted upon Israeli civilians on October 7. It’s a false equivalence, in the same manner as to compare or equate “Islamophobia” and antisemitism.

Since 1948, Israel has been under threat from Islam. Prior to that, Arab nationalists tried to keep Jews out of their ancestral lands.

The violent Palestinian “resistance” is being justified by a false accusation of victimhood. It is Iran, its proxies and the Palestinian leadership which are threatening the Jewish state, and victimizing and murdering Jews. It seemed like an impossible task to twist the truth of October 7 given the shocking level of extreme savagery the world saw on that day; yet that is exactly what has been done in support of the “resistance.” They invented a justification for Hamas’ savagery and enhanced their support among the willfully blind on the left.

Shame on Harvard for not protecting its Jewish students from the Palestinian “resistance” movement, which they know is responsible for the murder and torture of Jews in Israel, and is rewarded by the Palestinian Authority’s “Martyr fund.”

Last month, it was revealed that Harvard, Brown University, and non-Ivy Indiana University of Pennsylvania are among the schools that received millions of dollars from donors in “the State of Palestine.”

Harvard University is being criticized for the preliminary recommendations of its antisemitism task force, which were released Monday alongside recommendations from a task force on Anti-Muslim bias, creating what critics call a “false equivalence.”

The task forces were established after a pattern of pervasive antisemitism on campus became clear in the aftermath of the October 7 terror attacks by Hamas against Israel. Student groups blamed Israel for the terror; pro-Palestinian activists set up an “encampment” that disrupted student life and intimidated Jewish students; and faculty and staff, including former president Claudine Gay, either acted too slowly or actually endorsed antisemitic rhetoric on campus.

After the two reports were released, with the report on “anti-Muslim and anti-Arab” bias clearly intended to appease those who claim that antisemitism is used to deflect criticism of Israel, critics repeated their dissatisfaction with the university administration….
