Germany: Muslim migrant rapist escapes deportation, boasts ‘People should realize they cannot get rid of me’

Indeed. To get rid of him would be “Islamophobic,” and German authorities would rather commit national suicide than get close to being “Islamophobic.”

An Afghan raped a girl (14) in Illerkirchberg in 2019. After his release from prison, he lives again in the place where he committed the crime and, according to the court, could be deported, but nothing happens. Instead, the rejected asylum seeker complains of hostility.

It was a criminal case that caused anger and horror far beyond the borders of Baden-Württemberg:

On October 31, 2019, five young asylum seekers from Afghanistan, Iran and Iraq lured a 14-year-old into the Illerkirchberg asylum center and drugged the girl with knockout drops. The perpetrators, aged between 15 and 27, then took turns raping their victim.

In March 2021, the Ulm Regional Court found the defendants guilty and imposed prison sentences – for rape, serious bodily harm, aiding and abetting rape and supplying narcotics to minors.

A man from Afghanistan, now 31, was sentenced to more than two years in prison at the time. After serving his prison sentence and a short period of deportation detention, he was released. Since then, a heated debate has raged about the ex-prisoner, not only in Illerkirchberg, where he returned after his prison sentence.

Gang rape: Free again after prison sentence
The issue is alleged hostility from the town’s citizens and a deportation permitted by the court, which is not enforced. The man’s lawyer, Christoph Käss from Ulm, told FOCUS online this Friday:

“My client is not allowed to work, he is obliged to live in the place where everyone knows him. He is being treated with hostility everywhere. When people see him there, they call him a criminal, spit at his feet and tell him to finally get out of Germany.” He is portrayed as a “devil in human form.”

Christoph Käss continued: “Because of a residency requirement, he is not allowed to leave the Alb-Donau district. The authorities have prohibited his attempts to get away from there. And so he vegetates, lives in a shack and doesn’t know what to do. That leaves its mark.”

According to the lawyer, his client is “now traumatized because he no longer has a chance of survival in Illerkirchberg.” Nevertheless, he wants to stay in Germany. “His girlfriend will have a child with him in the fall.”

He has turned down a state cash bonus for voluntarily returning to Afghanistan, and the rejected asylum seeker is currently living on “benefits in kind, a little pocket money and a payment card.”

Lawyer Käss: “In practice, deportation is currently not possible”

The lawyer emphasizes: “He stands by his sentence and he has served his sentence.” Society has to accept that. His client, who has not yet relapsed, says: “People should realize at some point that they cannot get rid of me.”

The Sigmaringen Administrative Court has already decided that the man can be deported from a legal point of view. The now 31-year-old was therefore unable to convincingly explain in court that he has no social network in his home country that would support him in making a new start.

He entered Germany in November 2015. His asylum application was rejected in 2017, and since then he has been considered “tolerated”.

Lawyer Käss to FOCUS online: “In practice, deportation is currently not possible. Because for that you need a country that is willing to accept them. As far as I know, there are no negotiations between Germany and the Taliban on this matter.”

However, Chancellor Olaf Scholz (SPD) recently spoke out in favor of making the deportation of serious criminals to Afghanistan and Syria possible again.

The reason for the statement was the knife attack by a 25-year-old Afghan in Mannheim, in which a police officer was killed. The Federal Ministry of the Interior is working on the practical implementation and is already in talks with Afghanistan’s neighboring countries, said Scholz.

Not only in Illerkirchberg will people be watching with great excitement to see whether the Chancellor’s words will finally be followed by action.

Mayor Markus Häußler has already spoken out unequivocally in favour of a rapid repatriation of the released offender – “because regulated immigration includes consistently and quickly deporting people who have committed serious crimes or who have no prospect of a right of residence to their countries of origin”.

    • Good ol’ Angela Merkel. Notice she got out right before everything went to hell in Germany and hasn’t been seen since. She knew full well what her insane immigration policy would lead to the destruction of German society and Germany and got out while the getting was good. You can bet dollars to doughnuts that she lives in an exclusive gated community guarded by armed security and doesn’t have to deal with the everyday chaos she has caused in Germany. That’s a fact.

        She was now in June by a birthday event by Trittin.

        And CDU will celebrate her 70 birthday. With 200 people.

        I don´t like Merkel but she is not the only one for all that trouble in Germany.

          And it is not just Germany, either. This insanity is happening to a greater or lesser degree throughout much of the West.

        • Merkel’s action in 2015 inviting millions of Moslem immigrants into Germany was singular, & without parallel.
          At the time, I heard this on the radio when I was driving. I felt completely apoplectic at the madness, and unfortunately I drove into the car in front.

  3. The first thing Merkel did after 2o15’s fatal decision it to cancel intelligence reports about islam and islamism.

    • Why did the Maffa begin in Italy? The law was not doing what yje population nee3ded, so they took the law in their own hands. Even in law abiding Germany people will only be pushed so far. Now they are trying to correct the bad decisions by the ballot box.

      • The Mafia (not “Maffa”, but I presume this is what you meant) did not form because the populace “needed” (or “nee3ded” {sic}) to have their businesses trashed or burned down or to be gunned down if they didn’t pay “protectuon money”, and to be caught in the crossfire as bystanders in gang wars, and to be murdered if they dared expose this savagery. They formed as a gang to shake down honest people.

        And this is based on on the Islamic treatment of dhimmis. And why not? The Mafia comes trom Siciily, which suffered under Islamic conquest for centuries.

        Thinking the Mafia is a model of conduct is either the grossest ignorance, or something much, much, worse.

    And he is the one whining about disapproval from the community “leaving its mark” on him.

    He is also breeding. In a sane world, he would not be let anywhere near a small child.

    King Solomon wrote, “Time and unforeseen occurrence befall us all.” And life proves that statement time and again.

    This slug is just as likely to ‘meet with an accident’ as is anyone else. Accidents and illness “befall us all.”

    I’m hoping he is kept away from the children…even his own. And Divine Justice will be meted out to him in good time.

  8. I still don’t understand how come the Europe and American people are so stupid so that they vote for those who let lose criminals including those who do heinous crimes like rapes and murders. Those whom they vote don’t face with the criminals because they have security and are wealthier than most people.
