Police in the Canadian city of Vancouver have increased their presence at local Jewish institutions after a synagogue in the city was set on fire on Thursday night, CTV News reported.
According to The Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA), an individual poured fuel and set the doors of Schara Tzedeck synagogue on Oak Street on fire. Earlier reports indicated that an incendiary device was thrown at the synagogue.
The incident occurred at about 9:30 p.m. According to the Jewish Federation of Greater Vancouver, nobody was injured and damage to the building was minor.
The federation called the incident a “deliberate act of hate” that was intended to “intimidate” the Jewish community.
“We refuse to be intimidated or to hide. Our community is resilient, and we are proud to be an important part of the multicultural fabric of our city, our province and our country,” the federation said in its statement.
B’nai Brith Canada condemned the incident targeting the oldest Jewish congregation in the city and one of the largest in Vancouver….

This incident, like many others will never see the light of day here in the US. Were a Jew (which I cannot fathom) to throw a molotov cocktail at a mosque, the press and television media would be aflame condemning, rightly so, the incident. I wonder if the police will forego a coffee/tea break to actually investigate this act of aggressive hatred?

Yes, it will get worse. It’s possible that the mozlum terrorists and those supporting them, will set it on fire again when it is occupied.
When a mozlum barracks is set on fire, or some other minor damage is done, (haven’t heard of any actually burning down except in nations where one group of mozlums fight with another group (su vs sh) it is often the case, a mozlum did the deed.
But the news travels fast and mozlum orgs whine a lot. Until the perp is id’d as mozlum.
When a synagogue or church is set on fire or destroyed, it hardly makes a ripple of news and the perp is usually connected to islam.
Kind of a pattern the authorities should study.

Maybe the Jewish and Christians need ti strike back if our Governments won’t. A little gas and flares at muslim mosque might get their attention that it can go both ways. I know we are supposed to turn the other cheek. Thats what islam and our governments are relying on.

There’s a website called Jewbelong.com who has put out a billboard that says, “does your church need armed guards?”
I wrote them back and said yes, our church has an armed policeman at every service. I suspect many others do as well. We are all in this together Jews and Christians: targets of the Muslims and the Left.
