Hizballah chief ramps up threats to Israel: ‘You must expect surprises from our resistance’

The brutal and barbaric face of Islamic conquest is seen once again. The chief of Iran-supported Hizballah, Hassan Nasrallah, stated a grave threat to Israel: “You must expect surprises from our resistance.”

It is imperative that the West understand that the Palestinian “resistance” has always been about obliterating the State of Israel. Nasrallah is also speaking in accord with the imperative to “strike fear in the enemies of Allah” (Qur’an 8:60), which is central to the jihadist modus operandi.

Nasrallah also spoke about Israel failing to meet its goals in the military offensive on Gaza, but that’s because Israel has been held back by the Biden administration and international public opinion. The time has come, however; Israel now has no choice but to fully begin its offensive. Hamas hides among the most populated areas of Gaza while the world exonerates the terrorist group or obscenely puts them on par with Israel, as the International Criminal Court is trying to do.

As many in the West continue to support the Palestinian “resistance,” they are enabling and supporting the enemies of the West as well, including the jihad goal of conquest of the West. Antisemites are contributing to the own downfall, since Israel stands on the front lines of the global jihad.

With the Gaza conflict still raging in its eighth month, Iran-backed Lebanese outfit Hezbollah is reportedly preparing for a surprise attack on Israel. The group’s secretary-general Hassan Nasrallah has warned Israel to be ready for surprises in a televised speech.

“You must expect surprises from our resistance,” he said on Friday, which marks the 24th anniversary of Resistance and Liberation Day.

Hezbollah, which emerged as a strong force during the Lebanon civil war, had been engaged in fighting Israel in a show of support for the Palestinian cause and Gaza.

Israel has been conducting a military offensive in Gaza since the October 7 attack by the Palestinian Hamas group left over a thousand dead in bordering Israeli towns.

But Israel’s own leaders have admitted they did not achieve any of its goals in the Gaza war, asserted Nasrallah. He was referring to Israeli National Security Council head Tzachi Hanegbi’s admission that they have not achieved any of the strategic goals and it may take years…..
