The report reads as if the prosecutor wanted him in jail awaiting his trial, while the ‘judge’ decided otherwise, so he could go to a hospital and get pampered treatment.
Did the doctors not do their job on the previous occasion when he did the same terror threats and was released due to his “psychiatric” problems?
Evidently his ‘frozen assets’ thawed out; or someone helped him gain other assets.

For a moment, let’s assume that the death threats from this 28 year old muslim were actually due to some underlying mental illness and admission to a psychiatric clinic was appropriate.
What criteria would the psychiatric medical staff use as a “test of cure” before release from the clinic?
What medications / psychotherapy would he be prescribed?
What would be the follow-up care regimen?
Most importantly, if it was determined by the psychiatric medical staff that the islam ideology caused or exacerbated his underlying mental illness, would they recommend leaving the religion?
If not, why not?
